Fantastic customer service! My original order was unfortunately lost by Royal Mail, but when I contacted Monster Card they couldn’t have been more helpful. They kept track of the order over a few days and, once it was confirmed as lost, sent out a replacement within 24 hours. They also kindly included a free pack of cards and refunded my postage, which was a lovely gesture! Really impressed with how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Would definitely recommend and will happily order again!

This was my first order with Monster…
This was my first order with Monster Card Corner, and the customer service has been brilliant. I got in touch about my delivery and, if I'm honest, my email was a bit short as I was having a bad day. Alex replied quickly, explained exactly where my order was in the process, sent the tracking details, and was patient and friendly throughout. They even refunded my postage as a goodwill gesture for a first-time customer, which they absolutely didn't need to do.
My order was dispatched within their stated 1–2 working day window, even during a hectic week with the new Lorcana and Riftbound releases. It's rare to find a shop that treats customers this well. Huge thanks to Alex. I'll definitely be shopping here again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for cards.

Received a counterfeit product
Received a counterfeit product. Residing in Singapore, I purchased the toy through Buy&Ship. However, the original packaging arrived tampered with. The toy also does not glow in the dark as claimed. Paint job on the alien itself is also terrible.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear the figure wasn't what you expected. We only sell genuine Funko stock bought through official UK distribution, and this item left us sealed and was delivered to the Buy & Ship UK warehouse on 3 October.
Parcels are often opened and repacked by forwarders and customs on the way overseas, which may explain the packaging.

Cannot rate this shop highly enough. Been struggling to find stock of anything even close to RRP but spoke to Alex at Monster Card Corner and explained looking to get some master base sets started with my little ones. Alex reccomended some bits he had in stock, did a check on some other bits, and I ended up with a bundle of tins, pokeballs, and boosters all for genuinely good prices. We got a mix of chaos rising, pitch black, mega evolution and surprisingly, destined rivals. We haven't opened the tins but we got some great pulls - fair few SIRs and some other lovely cards for the kids to open. He also kindly gave us two top loaded cards to start off their collection, and a free booster each chucked in.
Wouldn't put my money anywhere else, when queuing outside smyths has become the norm, it is amazing to buy from businesses like monster cards.
