They have been absolutely brilliant in liaising with me, keeping me updated on minor repairs and giving me notice when I need to put in more investment or checks to ensure our tenants have a comfortable home, they even had arrangements for these to be carried out as a reasonable rate I believe and most times it just me confirming I am happy for the work to take place.
