Great products and fabulous customer service!!!
Customer service agent named Dante was fantastic. I wanted to cancel my order because I found the scooter batteries for a better price. He did this for me and I went ahead and ordered the other things from Monster without the batteries. Then I realized that the cheaper batteries I found weren’t the correct ones. So he cancelled my second order and put everything from the first one back in my basket for me to pay for. He was incredibly pleasant in spite of my indecisiveness.
Delivery was great and the items work perfectly. Will order from Monster again when needed. Thank you and thank Dante for me.

Perfect replacement, easy to install.
Very easy to install the replacement back rest, and it works perfectly and looks so much better. Safer, too, because the old one was hanging on by threads. Fast to ship, I was pleased.

Quality of the parts, convenience of this place even existing to help locate there very specific parts is understated. Don't DIY install unless you really know what your doing they are a super tight fit on the frame and tubes can be easily punctured (normal occurence).
