A great brand with quality products. Highly recommend

We bought a canvas high quality pack. It is in as new condition after several months. My son has used it multiple times and it was perfect for his school Duke of Edinburgh hikes.

My son is very tall and thin. We found that the pack was rubbing on his hip bone. I contacted Mont and they gave me a call, following up with an email about ideas on how to help this issue. It definitely wasnt a "pack" issue, we would have this problem with any pack, yet they were more than happy to assist and offer advice.

Would not hesitate to purchase this pack again.

I have an old Moondance tent that had been used so much, the fly had faded, started to loose its waterproofing, and finally tore. It had spent way too many days outside, and endured a very hard life, way beyond the design life of any tent, and served me well. I contacted Mont Customer Service, and Laura went above and beyond to actually find a Fly that would fit my old tent. I did not expect them to find me one for this old tent, but they did, and it now has a new lease of life. We had quite a series of back and forth communications, requiring pictures and other specifications to be emailed, and Laura kept me informed the whole way. Mont staff really understands the concept of good "old fashioned customer service, and their products are excellent. Thank you !!!

Poor customer service and unreliable product quality. My order was delayed, communication was unhelpful, and I won’t be purchasing from Mont Adventure Equipment again.

The ridge pole of my Moondance tent no longer screwed into the hubs--a stripped thread at both ends I guess. A gratis pair of replacement hubs with an improved design arrived almost immediately after I asked about replacement poles. My procrastination meant that it was a long time before I fitted the hubs, but spring is coming and I bit the dust. The threading of the shock cord was less traumatic than I thought it would be. I was most impressed with Mont's service

Great quality products. They're practical in design and clearly show the lived experience. Neither cheap in finish nor price, just good long term value… buy once and enjoy.

Ordered a pair of Hiking shoes, they were dispacthed and arrived quickly (shipping from Canberra and sent to Sydney). After trying them on at home I realised they were the wrong size and organised a return. The whole process was easy and seamless, received my refund quickly. Would definitely deal with Mont again.

Ordered several shells for a mountaineering trip in Europe. Quality is fantastic and you cannot find better gear for the price point with any other brands I am aware of. Shipping was prompt and came with a free key ring carabiner, what more could you want.

Only sell quality, and at a reasonable price. May initially look to be a buck or two more expensive, but given their $99 free shipping rates, you’ll end up better off.

Great Price, Easy navigation, Good Communication

Recently got the Mont Guide Hoodie, it's a great piece, an excellent choice for cold and wet days. I also used snowshoeing and skiing. Jacket is also good under an outer layer in really bad conditions like heavy rain or snow.
