I am dissatisfied with the customer service. There has been no communication regarding the status of my orders, and I was charged before it was confirmed that the products were in stock.
I contacted them to inquire about the delay in receiving my products, but instead, they only refunded my payment without giving any explanation.
I am pleased with the quality of the products. However, it was not a pleasant experience having to contact them initially.

Great help with returning a product and suggestions for another. Very polite & reassuring on phone. Would definitely shop online with the again.

If you size is available, then jump on it… best materials and thoughtful designs that just work… and at more affordable pricing.

The sales staff in the city store is really helpful and spent time to explain the different products. She checked stock and found my size in the other store where I went to get mine.

Sales assistant staff (City & Chatswood stores) were friendly, sincere, understanding & patient over the phone- provided constructive suggestions & explained options appropriately. Staff were willing to answer questions prior to purchase.
I’m happy & chuffed with the purchase as a gift for my husband. Was highly out of budget, but took the chance. Powder Glide Parka- black colour way looks a treat- handsome & drapes well. (Usually keen on Mammut garments; decided for a change). Staff consistently helpful & responsive even after the purchase. Thank you! Overall experience- gold!

Amazing customer service from Josh at Montbell. I originally ordered a pair of US10 boots, but was mistakenly sent a US10.5 instead. I was somewhat resigned to trying to make the .5 size bigger work as I needed it for an upcoming trip, but I emailed customer service anyways. Josh went above and beyond to check the warehouse for my correct size (which was indeed there, the boots were placed in the wrong box) and sent me the boots in time for my trip, even before I sent the other back so I can try both pairs on for preference. Follow up as was also excellent to ensure it all went well and that I got my preferred size. Thanks!
