Spent £600 on clothes
Spent £600 on clothes, told them not to use evri as they leave the items at the bottom of my stair, they told me they don't do special delivery or anything like this, and surprise my package went missing, after contacting them they agreed the driver had left it at the bottom of the stair and not my actual door, and told me I would be refunded, it's been 14 days now and supposedly it's still being reviewed, wouldn't waste my time buying from here again, save the hassle and just go elsewhere, wish I checked these reviews before committing, unfortunate because the clothes look really nice

Tracking details from our friends at Evri show a parcel clearly not mine and clearly not outside my house.
Claim put into Evri, nil response.

Days to reply despite stating to use chat if urgent.

Guess I am left having to claim through my bank now.

Initial purchase went without a hitch. Returned a couple of items for size exchange 10days ago but no notification it's been received. Emailed a few times with them saying when it's received in warehouse the new items will be sent. Surely they have been recieved by now and I should atleast have notification that they're sending the replacements?
Edit. Issue was resolved. No communication though!! The advisors emails were polite but unhelpful. Refunded instead of exchanged without communication as to why and on the very last day of the 14 days. Would order again but not if im in a rush or unsure on sizes. Would prefer to shop in store or via the footasylum website itself. I did order at a busy time of year so I'll give them a break.

Returned my full order nearly four weeks ago. I provided a tracking number but they still won't acknowledge my return and I'm still waiting for a refund. Hopefully PayPal will help me get my money back.

I ordered an item for my sons birthday, this was not delivered, I contacted customer services (with difficulty), they assured me another item would be sent next day delivery, again this did not arrive, I contacted for a 3rd parcel to be sent, again the third item was not sent!!! I contacted yet again, they informed me they were refunding me as they had ran out of stock. Not even an apology was given. 2 weeks later and still no refund!! Avoid this company at all costs!!

If I could give 0 star I would, all you need to do is look at the reviews here to know this company is shocking, package arrived with the wrong item they are saying they checked cctv in warehouse and the correct item was sent, that’s a cool story but doesn't explain how I received a clearly used hoodie. They fail to see it’s their responsibility to ensure I get what I ordered they have not supported me in any way and I’m out of pocket £160 customer service is non existent please don’t be like me and order from them much better and supportive options out there. Customer service representatives must be embarrassed about the emails they send offer no help what so ever and fail to provide any evidence that they apparently have after their non existent internal review. Joke of a company with terrible customer service greedy horrible company
Awful experience - sent wrong item and refusing to take responsibility.
I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with Monterrain. I spent £150 on a jacket I was really looking forward to, and what arrived was not what I ordered. I sent photos and explained everything clearly, but the customer service team has been completely unhelpful and dismissive, insisting they sent the right item when they clearly did not.
It’s shocking that a company like this refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. I feel completely let down, ignored, and out of pocket for something that isn’t even my fault. I trusted Monterrain as a reputable brand, but this experience has shown me they have zero accountability and no interest in actually helping their customers when something goes wrong.
Save yourself the stress — if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect Monterrain to care or fix it. Absolutely disgraceful service

Just don't even bother with this company. Paid for next day delivery. 5 days later no items. Numerous back n forth auto bot emails and eventually contacted bank for refund. As the other reviews state. Don't bother. It's a nightmare

Stay well away from this corrupt thieving scamming company!!!! You took me for money because you lied and said you don’t use evri as a courier even though you sent the parcel with evri and your returns label I printed off was for evri to be the courier. Down right liars. Trying to say I didn’t follow the returns procedure properly even though I did everything the returns section says to do and the returns label I was sent to download was with the courier EVRI! ( BUT YOU ARE NOW SAYING YOU DONT USE EVRI 🤬)!!
Trading standards have been contacted as you just lie and say sort it through Clearpay. Your bang out of order for taking money off people and using lame excuses about whether or not you receive returns!!!! Hopefully you will be up in the dock soon trying to protect yourselves from a charge of theft or fraud. People like you make my blood boil as I couldn’t bare to imagine how many times you have ripped people off.

I own quite a bit of Monterrain stuff
I own quite a bit of Monterrain stuff. I usually buy it in the sale, so it’s good value, it looks good, and the fit is perfect for me. I have no feedback on the website as I buy it in store. It washes well, just make sure you put it inside out and on a gentle cycle. I must have every colour in the t-shirts, some 3/4 zip’s, shorts, and windbreakers. Some of the designs are a bit busy, I prefer the plain stuff with the subtle logo personally.
For those that don’t know it’s Footasylums own brand. A rival of similar brands like Montirex and Reprimo with a name inspired by the other Mont brands (meaning Mountain in French). Montaine, Montbell, Moncler, Montura etc. Unlike those brands though, Monterrain is not a performance wear brand, nor is it suitable for mountain exploration. You’ll be alright wearing it around the Lake District in the warmer months, but please don’t think it will protect you climbing any serious peaks, or in freezing conditions.
If you want proper technical and performance clothing look elsewhere, but if you’re after affordable, nice looking, well fitted clothes for casual wear, light hiking or wearing to the gym - it ticks the boxes. Hope that helps.

Monterrain is a great clothing brand for sports/gym wear! Love the T shirts especially the Dynamic T’s. Fit is suberb! Only problem is that the writing has peeled on 4 t shirts after the first wash, despite following the instructions.

Horrible service paid €139 for a jacket that was never received! They sent a tracking number that didn't exist on the tracking sight than proceeded to say they missed packing the order now the order apparently has been lost in transit..bunch of fraudsters 😡

I’d advise anyone who has had issues with this company to complain to Trading Standards then take them to court, it only costs around £20 and it’s all done online. You’ll get a refund of the money you spent with them, £20 court costs and compensation.

If I could give this company a lower score I would. I have shopped with this company for years for my lads spending thousands on their brand. This is the first time I have ever returned anything. I bought multiple items and wanted one returning (for exchange) for my son’s birthday. It was just outside the 28day window and they wouldn’t do anything! Their response to my email was minimal of we can’t do anything at this time. I contacted the online customer advisors who also said the same thing and just closed chats. Poor company! My money will be spent elsewhere. Never again.

I would like to say a big thank you to Tyler who dealt with my issue . I was making contact via email but Tyler made the effort to give me a call . He was polite friendly and understanding. He sorted my issue and apologised for someone else. He informed his manager of his concerns and hope they are dealt with appropriately. The level of customer service was fantastic and hope he likes overtime cause he should answer every query. Thanks Tyler x
The quality of the clothing is terrible
The quality of the clothing is terrible. I've bought numerous tracksuits, t-shirts etc and logos have peeled off everything. Even in a 30 degree wash. Not worth the money.
