Was the first time I ordered from MM ... Took a chance. Read the reviews beforehand. So glad I took the chance. The parcel was packed very securely and delivered within 2 working days . Thank you so much. Well done ! Highly recommend them.

Disappointing
After purchasing the product, I received an email notifying me that it was not in stock and a refund was issued.
A week later and the item is still listed on their site as available and available to buy.
I have asked for confirmation on whether or not it is in stock and have yet to get any response.
The customer service enquiry process is not user friendly or efficient.

Good products, poor communication
Your communication needs a lot of work.
Your website has a WhatsApp chat button but I'm not sure why. I sent a message on the 18th of Jan and again on the 22nd of Jan. No response was received. I managed to get a response via FB Messenger in the end.
Before placing my order, I confirmed with your team that I needed the order by a certain date and was told it should be going out on the day I placed the order. This would give us enough time for the couriers to deliver.
The order was eventually sent out two working days later.
My emails enquiring about the delivery were ignored.
I needed it on the Saturday. I did receive an email from Robyn on Friday morning, saying it should be delivered that day. The parcel was still en route from Joburg and because it was an ECO parcel it would only have been delivered the following Monday. Thankfully, after my team spoke to The Courier Guy, they rerouted it to their kiosk for us so I could collect on Saturday morning.
I work with multiple businesses in the e-commerce space and this kind of service and lack of communication brings the industry down. Maybe your business is doing so well you can't keep up but if you are not knocking the lights out then I'd suggest fixing these kinds of issues to grow your business. You're not going to get many epeat customers like this.
The products themselves were good except for one unit that I ordered from you via Takealot which was clearly second-hand and not in new condition.

Glass Spice jars with aluminium lids and many pre-printed labels
Spice jars is what I needed and am delighted with the quality. The labels have several foreign/exotic names, not relevant for me, I would have preferred more labels, where I could fill in my own names of spices.
