I couldn't track my order
I couldn't track my order, then it was delivered without my message so the receiver didn't know who it was from and had to call you to find out.

Many thanks for your review Robert. With regards not being able to track your parcel, you chose untracked delivery, which explains why you were not able to track it. Tracked delivery was available at checkout. The recipient of your parcel contacted us about the note, and we apologised profusely for the apparent mistake. We immediately investigated and sent a copy of the note to her, even though it was out of hours, and checked she was happy with her parcel. We pride ourselves in personalised gifts with high levels of customisation, and very rarely mistakes can therefore be made as a result of not automating all our processes. We asked for further information from the recipient to see if we could work out what had happened (which we did not get a response to), and we are always happy to hear how we can do better and are grateful for your feedback. Gift hasn’t arrived
I ordered the get well letterbox over 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I keep being asked to review my experience but I have nothing to review. Once shipped it is not the responsibility of M&R so have no idea where it is. Nice idea but needs to arrive on time.

As far as I am aware, this is the first we have heard from you with regards a delay to your parcel, so this review is really disappointing to us, as we would have loved the chance to try and help you. Whilst we pass the orders to our courier for delivery, and occasionally there are delays to delivery that are out of our control (especially at the moment with the Royal Mail strikes that you will be aware of), we do have options, if customers choose to allow us to help them. Amazing Experience, definitely ordering again
I ordered a runner bracelet just a week before the marathon and was worried I had left it too late but it arrived within 2 working days. The packaging was beautiful with my personal note hand written on a little card. So happy with the order and it made my friend very happy. I would definitely recommend and I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Review zonder uitnodiging
The product I ordered was rubbish. That’s it.
The product I ordered was expensive but absolutely underwhelming.
I never usually give comments on my purchases, even when disappointed, but this was on a new level. I found myself apologising to the new mum I bought it for. Really, it was just random “stuff”, no coherence to it at all. And 3 tea bags?? Really??
I won’t ever use you again and I’m not even sorry.

I do note that you seem to be unhappy with the contents of the box, which are clearly outlined in the image, the description, and the subtext, and explain coherently what you will receive - it would have been good to hear from you to understand what has happened. The boxes are designed to be letterbox sized and sent directly to the recipient, and as a result, for the box you chose, we have curated the contents to be a wide variety of relaxing items of a high quality suitable for new mums, that will still fit in the box of the size a letterbox sized gift entails. We receive consistently good feedback on this, and so your review comes as a great surprise and disappointment to us, and had you wished to return it or get in touch with us to see how we could have helped, you could have done so.
