Nicht zu empfehlen! In den USA 5 GB esim gekauft, hat nichts funktioniert. Bei einem anderen Anbieter eine esim geholt und es lief sofort ohne Probleme.

they are cheap but it comes with a price: speed !
the good part about montyEsim is that they provide the best prices per MB. hard to beat. The installation process is easy, just like any other esim provider.
I didn't install their app.
However, me and my friends traveled in south america and while we all have iPhones (13 or above) , they got a 5G connection in places where I got only a 3G connection. 3G is still good for texting in Whatsapp but you get what you paid for... My friend didn't buy esim from montyesim . she bought some air low sim . This symptom has been proven several times in that journey.
I'm still happy with the price.
I really dislike when a company owner answer here with some automatic template answer for any score less the 5. if you value your customers and the feedback : you should invest 5 minutes and read the review. if you don't have time: its better not to response.

Poor customer service my sim didn’t work in India requested refund 4 times but no joy keep making excuses ! So far I had good experience but they messed up big time spent hours trying to get sim going now spending hours trying to get refund !! Looking for alternatives !!

No LTE speed although advertised
After some additional steps from the customer support, the esim is technically working but the speed is horrible. In downtown Auckland, Queenstown and more, I get with the LTE package I paid for 0.11 Mbit/s, that is not even close to what it is supposed to be.
The customer support was no at all helpful stayting that internetspeed depends on location and yadda yadda.. After switching to another provider suddenly I have 400x faster connection in the EXACT SAME Network (SPARK LTE).
If you ask me, its a fraud.
EDIT: With respect to your response, I was in contact with your support team already multiple times and no one seemed to care and you kept telling me "everything works on your side". Was no support at all, thank you for that experience as well.

good experience
I had 2 eSIMs for vacation: Emirates and India. Easily to order. Both worked very well on arrival. Next time again MontyeSIM with pleasure
Need better set up instructions
The esim worked great - once I managed to get it working. They need to make it clear in the instructions that you need to set up your account and download their app before the esim will start to work. That is not included on the instructions, and it took me 48 hours of following various troubleshooting lists online to work out the issue.
Good value for money
I’ve been using Monty eSim for several months now. They are one of the cheapest regional sim plans I could find for Europe. The customer service is very responsive and their pricing I think is fair. Their service is generally good but can be patchy in places.
Works fine for me
So far I’ve purchased two esims, one for turkey and one for the Netherlands (it connected to Vodafone). Both worked fine. Bit of a faff to activate but once it’s done it’s fine.
I found that I had to turn off my main sim whilst using the eSIM for the data to work, but maybe there’s a way around that so you can still receive calls with your main number.
I did notice that the data went down very quickly, using Google maps for a lot of the day, but still quicker than it would in the UK. And it’s fairly cheap.

Leider hat die Schweizer eSIM nicht funktioniert. Eine ca 1.5 stündige Kommunikation mit dem Servicechat brachte keine Lösung. Wenigstens das Geld wurde zurückerstattet.

Leider war die esim auf Indonesien registriert und von einer Vielzahl von Webseiten (wie Hotels, Regierungsseiten etc.) geblockt. Wahrscheinlich irgendein Geoblocking wegen der Herkunft. Außerdem wurden alle google suchen mit Preisen in indonesischen rupien angezeigt.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Installation auf das Handy (Samsung S23) einfach per Scan des QR-Code voll automatisch. In der Türkei über SIM Manager die deutsche SIM Karte ausschalten. E-SIM aktivieren. Daten Roaming einschalten. Fertig. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Preis für 10 GB ca. 10 € für 30 Tage.

esim is invalid and support doesn't exist
I ordered an esim service, the esim was invalid and didn't activate. I tried contacting their "24/7" support through email and whatsapp but never got any response back. Already ordered another esim from a different company which activated immediatly.

Runs out too quick
Easy to set up but data allowance disappeared much quicker than it should.
