Lovely chocolate, great customer care
We already knew the products were great as we use them all the time as a vegan family…….but while trying to sort out making up some selection boxes for the children with various allergies and the vegans at my daughters football club(so that they don’t miss out when everyone else gets a selection box) moo free customer service went above and beyond in helping me with my enquiries. Honestly fantastic, friendly service to go with their incredible inclusive range.

Chocolates are fine but as a company…
Chocolates are fine but as a company who claims zero waste the broken chocolates were in a plastic bag wrapped in another plastic bag...not overly impressed. Hope u guys sort it out.

IGNORANT COMPANY
After tasting their overly sweet chocolate bars, I tried contacting this company by phone and email to ascertain the sugar content of their chocolate bars as it is not listed on the packaging. I was concerned that my diabetic 2 year old could be eating a large unknown quantity of sugar. After several attempts, and ZERO response back, I have decided to ditch Moo Free Chocolates and found another supplier who are more upfront about what is in their bars.

THE best chocolate company!
Moo Free is the pioneer of dairy free chocolates - they're the first ones I found 10 years ago that actually tasted good and they've kept up with the times, bringing out new and exciting products ever since. They're my go to for anything chocolatey :)

Great dairy free chocolate
Ordered a selection of Easter eggs and chocolate bars in a variety of flavours. The website was easy to browse and easy to checkout. my delivery was the following day and the chocolate is diary free so is great for me.
