Just won, and when I tried to redeem my winnings I was asked to provide proof of address. Tried uploading multiple different documents to provide the proof of address that was needed, however each one of my documents failed to verify. They shouldn't have failed because it's exactly what the documents are allowed. Now it won't let me try to verify it anymore because it said I hit too many tries unverifying and to email a certain email address if I have any questions. I wrote an email to that email address that was given to me however no one ever responded. And only chat part that's in the game where you can talk to customer service nobody's responding to me now on there either. I just want to provide my proof of address and collect my winnings. But right now I feel like I'm getting scammed in a big way.

Alright look I’m not sure what the “1 star folks” got going on and why such negative feedback but I’m not guaranteeing your experience will be like mine but I’m almost positive it will!
