Superb coffee that brews beautifully in my Sage espresso machine. I've been mail ordering from Moonroast for about 4 years now, buying the Moonshot roast. Occasionally I receive a "loyalty treat" of a coffee bean sample I haven't tried before. These gestures and short handwritten notes on packing slip make it feel more personal and human than other online purchase I make. I also like that I'm able to support a local, small Arelsford business. But the main reason I'd highly recommend them is the quality and freshness of their coffee beans. Only warning is it's hard to enjoy a coffee anywhere else now!

The 1-2-1 personalised coffee experience was simply excellent! Dan from Moon Roast was literally a font of knowledge on all things coffee and used this to teach and demonstrate to me how to get the very best out of the Moon Roast beans and my own machine at home. An excellent experience for anyone wanting to learn more about good coffee

We have been buying Moon Roast Coffee for at least 2 years now for our bean-to cup home coffee maker. We mainly buy Moonshot, but sometimes experiment with others. We haven't had a bad experience! The process is simple and efficient and the coffee is delicious. We wouldn't chose to go anywhere else.

Great coffee delivered at super speed. Have been buying Lunar for years. Bags are posh and silky (I get 1kg). The roast date is a couple of weeks (used to be a couple of days). Must be bigger lots roasted at a time but doesn’t affect coffee quality as you have to wait a couple of weeks since roasting for coffee to be top notch. Use a Sage machine. Best espresso you can get at home.

Latest coffee is Half Moon to cut down on a bit of caffeine but still have a lovely flavoured coffee. Easy to order, arrives quickly and well packaged. Very pleased

Love the decaf. Subscription comes quickly, I get a occasional sample which is super fun. My only frustration is the subscription management system but I can live with it.

Fantastic delivery service, we ordered our coffee grinder on Monday morning and it was delivered by Tuesday lunch time. Product is great and a fantastic price

Love the company and the service they provide. Coffee is superb. Went for the Columbian this time for something different, but I won't lie, nothing beats Moonshot.

Moon Roast are a quality service with a personal touch. I had a problem with a coffee bag not being sealed properly therefore loosing a lot of coffee upon opening package.i had ordered an Aeropress and Festive blend pre ground.
I was sent a reply email virtually straight away with a replacement bag sent out arriving the day after boxing day which was fast and a personal greeting written on invoice. Lovely thing to see a company that has care like this🤗 will definitely order again in future
