Shipping was slow but the halo lamp is great . solid build and looks amazing.

Purchased my Halo lamp many months ago. Several emails back and forth about the status, never sent me the order number, never replied when I asked for a refund. First couple of replies were about delays, but then stopped responding. Very disappointing.

The aurora clock is totally worth the wait. Watching the colors move is so relaxing.

Beware! I purchased two lights in May 2025. I received my Moonside lamp one in July after following up, but have been given the run-around about my halo lamp. I reach out monthly to ask for an update, and usually all I receive is something along the lines of “there are delays but we are expediting, and we’ll give you a 10% refund ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED.” Eventually they stopped responding. It’s not been almost a year with no halo lamp. Do not trust this company!

This company is a scam. Do you not purchase and read through the multiple forums where they have been exposed - trust pilot, reddit, etc.

They drop ship out of China, issue you a fake tracking numbers then claim delays in the logistics chain with automated customer support emails. Once they pass the typical credit card coverage period they ignore you, stealing your money.

Purchased over $200 worth of products and the shipping status hasn’t changed. It’s been over a year since my purchase. Contacted them via email and Instagram and no one responds. Scam.

I haven’t received my product. They didn’t return the money.

Never received my order and customer service has not resolved. Submitted my order in July, received a tracking number that never had any transit activity. Despite contact customer service, I never received the product, the tracking number became inactive and the status on my order was changed to fulfilled. Now I cannot get a response from customer service.

Honestly I've never seen anything quite like the Halo Lamp before. It's just incredibly unique looking in person. Super happy!

Had to hook up my Lamp One to a new wifi router recently and it was surprisingly painless. App is doing what it's supposed to do now. solid purchase.

If I could give 0, I would.
From the moment I saw the star bulb, I wanted it. Waited excitedly and ordered as soon as the product was available on their site. That was back in May of 2025. I paid expedited shipping. Have attempted at least 20 ways to get my product shipped and they keep promising the issue will get pushed and expedited for a solution. It’s not February of 2026. No star bulb. No updates to the bogus tracking number they gave me

Took forever to get here (like a week and a half) but the Neon planet lamp is exactly what I wanted for my room. Gives off the perfect chill vibe on my nightstand. would definitely recommend if u don't mind waiting a bit

10 months and still no delivery

Ordered 27/07/25 - nothing!
Contact successful, after many attempts 19/11/25 - advised order issues, apology. 17/01/26 - still no delivery and no response to emails. The reviews here are revealing, do not underestimate the number of complaints, but more than likely they will have our money in return for a couple of emails. They are simply scabby thieves. Please avoid.

Ordered a moonside halo lamp in May 2025. Asked perhaps 10 times about delivery and all i got was stupid emails telling me to be patient....Definitely a scam company!

Comme beaucoup de personnes première commande bien reçu mais pour la deuxième ça devient de l'arnaque commande du mois de mai 2025 toujours rien reçu malgrés mes très nombreux mail et toujours la même réponse de moonside.

grabbed the Neon Planet for my daughter's space room and she absolutely loves it! colors are gorgeous. great that i can dim it down for bedtime but crank it up when shes reading.

Beware: This merchant is a scammer. I ordered six items in December 2025. Heard nothing for nearly a month and requested a cancellation and refund. Customer service ignored my request and instead "expedited" my order. I continued to request a cancellation and refund. They continued to ignore me and finally said it was out of their hands after sending it to the shipping carrier. By this time several days had passed and I had requested a refund multiple times. Almost two weeks later one of the six items arrived at my house. However, I got a delivery confirmation for all six items being delivered. I am currently in the process of doing a chargeback with my credit card company. They basically stole over $200 from me and know exactly what they are doing is fraud.

Swapped out my old Hue setup for these bulbs. Zero headache connecting them to wifi, it just worked immediately.
