Sent me a scooter with a fault code on told them straight away , they then said oh you don’t have 30 days warranty you have 19 , refused to give me my money back and then agreed to fix my scooter ,they made me pay to send back !!! What a joke of a company

They are second to none in supporting their community. I was lucky enough to deal with Briony and she was fantastic. So helpful, generous with her time, no hard sell and great advice. I think she is a great ambassador for the company but also probably sells plenty of product because of her openness, honesty and patience. Give her a pay rise! But Moose is a great company, helpful, products arrive as described and quickly. Very good service at every level. Highly reccomended from me.

STAY AWAY from this shop! I bought a refurbished electric bike for £1000, supposedly with a warranty. After just six weeks of use, the electric power stopped working. The return process was a nightmare, and now, three months later, they refuse to fix the problem. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. I’m beyond frustrated and would never recommend buying a bike from them. The quality is terrible, and the support is even worse!

I bought a pure Air3 Pro+ 2023 Electric scooter and after 3 month it stopped working,we contacted the customer service as we expected them to fix within the guarantee period but the told us we have to pay to fix the damaged cable and we paid 60£ for that,then after one more month the same problem occurred again,they told us we have to pay again for the fixing and as we have already used moose fixing service we went to inspect the problem with different service,and they informed us that the cable turned out to be a faulty, we are very disappointed by this service and company,as we spent another £80 on it and this is a very big let down.Actually we tried to resolve the issue with them several times but unfortunately they didn’t help us
Moose was recommended to us by a friend who bought the same scooter as ours,then we knew after that he had the same problem with his scooter
*Your reply means we expect to have problems with your products after 3 months, so we won’t be covered by any guarantee or replacement
And the help you offer us is to replace the cable with a faulty one that lasted only one month after the repair(because it’s a good reduced price compared to the original price)
And my son sent an email to your customer service at that time to report that the problem occurred again,and we want to return the scooter that costed us almost £500,and she replied:we can’t help with that.
Sorry, but This is not an acceptable service

AVOID THIS COMPANY ❌⛔️❗️‼️
I bought a scooter two weeks ago. I payed for a “good condition” scooter and they sent me a “fair condition” scooter. The good cond. prince its £379 and the fair it’s £349. I payed £379 and the added in the order/bill “fair” so, even I contacted them asking either for an exchange to a good condition one or a refund, they keep ignoring and saying I bought a fair condition scooter.
I really believe here are many fake reviews as customer service is rubbish, they don’t have phone number and they sent you to a chat where I waited more than 1 hour with not response. It’s supper hard to get to them.
The scooter has scratches all over the body, one of the foot rests doesn’t fold, the battery fully charged last 10minutes.
I written them from the same day it arrived and it’s more than a week now and they keep ignoring my messages.
Guys, honestly, avoid this company, wherever they answer its rubbish. I came to this same website before I bought from them and after all the positive comments I decided to buy but they are all fake.
I payed a lot of money for a “good” condition scooter and when I downloaded the app it showed me the scooter have more than 300km done. I asked them to refund the scooter but they ignore me. It’s scam.
If I keep it I’ll have to sell it for parts as it won’t work after 10minutes riding.
AVOID!!!

I never had an email asking me to refund the scooter and pay the difference to get a “good” one. Basically because everyone can see that the “good” one cost £379 (the amount I payed) and the fair one it’s much cheaper. So clearly you just reply whatever you want as people can’t reply you back as the website doesn’t allow to. So everyone think the company try to fixt the problems nicely, but no, you lie and you don’t reply to your customers in days, you have a horrible customer service as there is not phone where to call and your online chat sent a reply every hour.
