This is a useless product. The product does not work and the manufacturing is of one from Temu. The cheap Chinese do a better job. Mop pro customer service are telling the mop head is broken but it arrived broken. They are telling me there is a hair inside the box!!! Love the excuses for not giving the refund. They don’t have an escalation matrix they don’t send you return code you need to pay for it. This is a scam !!!!!! DONT BUY and waste money!!

This product does not work like it says it does. The teeth do not squeeze all the water off, soaks my floor through, all customer service wanted to do you was to send me new pads or new bucket top, not worth it as this product does not work, never emailed me back, I just wanted a refund

Great product. Easy to use & compact for storing

The Mop Pro is fantastic! It glides effortlessly across the floor, making cleaning a breeze. The microfiber pads do an excellent job of picking up dirt and stains without leaving streaks. The service was great when I received my mop pro i was very happy that it did exactly what you had advertised. Sometimes products bought online are not as they seem but this is first class.

I love my pro mop it is so easy to use the floor doesn’t get soaked it drys a lot quicker, the bucket is small emptying it is easy I even use it to clean my tiles in the bathroom and ensuite and because it’s easy to empty and put away.

Effortless cleaning, floors dry quickly. I am impressed with size, drain plugs mean no more empying heavy buckets. Stores away out of site.

Omg i have deep regrets getting this mop bucket, its flimsy, topples over easy when trying to get in and out of the bucket, it will be going in bin next bin collection

It was easy to order what I wanted on-line. Did send a message about something and didnot hear back but it could off been my fault at doing something wrong . Cannot remember what date I sent the message that is a guess sorry

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and level of customer service! During the 2nd use, the metal stick snapped and when I complained and requested for a refund, all they offer is to replace however why would I want a replacement of a mop that is of bad quality! The customer service team doesn’t not listen and doesn’t understand that the product is faulty therefore I’m entitled to a refund!!! Save your money and don’t bother with this product!!!!

Good service and quality of product

First time customer, very pleased with mop and bucket. Only reason it’s not a 5/5 is delivery time was longer than expected and the rubber plugs at foot of bucket are a bit tricky to fit and remove

Excellent concept but I would have paid more for a more robust container, it’s a bit flimsy. Possibly slightly larger too.

Worst mop ever! Can’t use it as pad comes off Velcro when you try to soak in bucket and the bucket is flimsy so tips over.

Works well cleaning the floor and i like the slim design making it easy to store

Terrible experience. The mop is really cheap and shoddily made. The plastic is thin and brittle. I couldn’t get the mop head to click onto the pole because it was so badly made and over riveted. It took me 15 emails to get a refund out of this company and they refused to pay for my return postage, insisting it was my ‘change of mind’ rather than a faulty product.
I find it hard to believe all the positive reviews here because I’ve actually had it in my hand…

The Mop Pro was easy to order on line, it arrived very quickly in the post and it's AMAZING TO USE!
