Alice was very knowledgeable and helpful with a custom pendant I purchased. It arrived exactly when she said it would, and it is perfect. I love the fact that Moriarty's cut their stones after they are personally selected from the mines. It is rare to find a jeweler that can do everything from start to finish and offers a superb quality piece of jewelry that you are proud to keep in the family for generations. As many questions we asked and styles we went through. Alice was there to cover any questions and be full support.

I had an order sent to my US winter address but missed the delivery and was back to my Canadian summer home. Moriarty’s staff went above and beyond by recalling my order and re-sending it to me. I thought it was gone for good but they saved the day!

Alice is the best weather a custom piece, a ring in the showcase or an estate piece Alice will take care of every detail of your purchase!

I purchased two 18k gold necklaces in the estate sale. One acid tested 18k with no doubt and one is definitely at least 14k and possibly 18k but the 18k acid kind of ate the scratch mark away on the one but not completely, the other had plenty of gold particles floating in the droplet. All in all I’ve chosen not to make another scratch for further testing as not to damage the surface too much and trust in the sellers experience and reputation. I don’t believe they would sell anything under false pretense. Both items arrived quickly and I am super happy with the deal I received.

Got lots of help (by email) with descriptions of the aspects (I nearly said facets) of the stones' appearances that weren't clear in the videos.
