Hi Brent,

A first order that just works is worth a lot, and it sounds like yours did. Finding your size without a long hunt, then being able to see where the parcel had got to, that's the sort of thing people only really notice when it goes wrong. Good to know it held up from browsing through to delivery. If anything comes up with the order, you know where to find us.

The shoes clearly weren't what you expected when you opened the box, and that's a letdown on its own. Then sorting out a return turned into more hassle than it was worth, so you settled for less rather than keep pushing. We're sorry it went that way. Ordering something you expect to fit and then finding it doesn't is frustrating enough, and waiting a long time for it to arrive from somewhere you weren't expecting only made it worse.
