Terrasa has truly worked miracles in securing a mortgage for me when most options seemed unlikely due to my part time work and income. Terrasa never gave up, went above and beyond, often in her own time to liaise with various lenders until she found the right Lender for me. An added bonus was that the lender she had secured wasn’t an adverse one, keeping rates at their lowest. I was given Terrasa’s details from an Estate Agent who said “if anyone can get you a Mortgage, Terrasa can”, and how right he was.
