Lyndsay was very professional when she visited me at my home, lyndsay was on time and spent time checking for the right product to suit me.

My mortgage was done by Lynsay, and it was the easiest process. It took around a month, Lynsay made me aware of everything I needed to know, without dragging me through unnecessary processes. She gave me amazing advice on types of insurance and she was the only one who was able to get me the highest loan amount.

I have worked with Kevin since autumn 2022 when the mortgage rates shot up and my mortgage was approaching its end. He ran me through all the options available and helped me to select a product which fit my needs, as well as advising the benefits of each one. He covers whole of market which I found very useful - it meant that he could provide me with all mortgages available to brokers from any lender, rather than a single lender's products.

As my mortgage didn't renew for a few months, he kept an eye on the market and made sure to let me know about any improved offers and saved me a bit of money each month with an even further reduced offer around a week before my switch took place.
