I want to praise Mortgage Links, in particular Lauren Conroy for her tireless efforts in getting a BTL mortgage for me. James helped us with a mortgage on a new property and a buy-to-let mortgage on our old property and was absolutely brilliant throughout. From our very first meeting and all my subsequent daft questions, through to quickly correcting an error one of the mortgage companies had made in the paperwork, James was responsive, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Mortgage Links (and already have done to several friends and colleagues!)

Kate has been a God send. My husband and I have spent two years trying to purchase our first property and it's been a bit tricker than we thought it might be and we've had some rather large bumps in the road - but Kate has been with us every step of the way and helped us finally get where we need to be!

She is not only extremely knowledgeable and knows her stuff (which is helpful when you're trying to navigate a confusing and expensive process) but she's also just so kind, patient and a good laugh when you need one!
