Not only that, but being new to the property ladder and with a slightly complicated case, Dilesh was always ready to help and was a phone call away whenever I had any queries to clarify. He was reassuring of the process and went above and boyond with his advice and service.
Furthermore, despite searching and completing my mortgage application with a good rate, Dilesh managed to keep me up-to-date with the the best interest rates post application and allowed me to update the new lower rates. This goes to show how commited and trustworthy his services are.
