It took me nearly 8 months to put my business on the market because I was unsure of the process and how to gauge different brokers I spoke to. I nearly went with a larger broker because I wondered if Morton Christie were too small for a business my size (£7M value) but every time I spoke to them, they just gave me the best advice and in just such a straightforward manner and I just trusted them. And they were upfront about the potential challenges and time frame. I know I got lucky in that we sold in less time than it took me to decide to actually sell, but honestly, 5 stars aren’t enough for them. Having initially underestimated the key role a good broker plays in coordinating a successful business sale, we were so fortunate in having Chris batting on our side.

I appointed Morton Christie on the back of a recommendation and so glad I did. I had a bad experience selling a previous business but this was so different. They were responsive, professional, skillful and honest. They even persuaded me not to take a deal that I might otherwise have gone for...and they were right. Recommend 100%, worth every penny.

I can't fault anything Chris did for me over the course of my business sale.
