Update from today: They advertise the product that does not exist intentionally to only send the one they have instead. A pure scam!

A Lack of Professionalism in Customer Service

I received a parcel with intact outer packaging, but found one sachet inside torn. I contacted customer service immediately.

After their review, I was told the damage was concluded to have occurred after delivery. While not stated directly, this implied responsibility on the customer, which I do not accept, as I did not cause the damage. This conclusion was presented without any clear evidence, relying solely on assumption rather than confirmation.

As this is a food supplement, product condition and cleanliness before reaching the customer are essential to me.

A partial refund was offered, followed by a notice that future orders would no longer be accepted. This was communicated without any apology or expression of regret, which was the most disappointing part of the experience.

No customer service and false advertising

I originally gave this store a 5 star review but had to delete it.
Here's why.
I bought 2 subscription supplements for 2 family members. On the website it says that you can cancel, edit or change your subscription at any time.
So this week I wanted to change the Vitamin D product I had on order for my aunt as her Vtamin D levels were higher than I would have liked them to be.
And I was going to try out the Mag Theonate for myself that i had ordered for my mum so was going to shift the subscription from the vit d to the mag and couldn't do it. I tried cancelling it and couldn't do it, I tried pausing it and couldn't do it and was then told by the website that I couldn't do anything until I had fulfilled 3 subscriptions.
That's fine but don't tell your customers you can cancel anytime if you can't. That's mis advertising.
Anyway tried emailing the company and then phoning them no answer and no reply. So ended up calling my bank who cancelled the subscription for me
Now I'm even wondering if the supplements I bought are real ?
I had my aunt on 50,000 iu of d prior to buying the 10,000 ones from MN so maybe the MN did nothing. Who knows and I guess I will never know as I won't be using this company again..

If you answer your phone or respond to your website contact form then you'd see that I reached out to you three times.

Of course my bank couldn't cancel my subscription via your website. They blocked any further payments to you on my request though. I hate it when a company tells me one thing but then can't be assed to call me back when they break the terms of that agreement.

The fact that you are trying to make out that I am a fake review because you didn't bother to contact me is laughable

There is already another review saying zero customer service which is true if you can't bother to return calls or answer your contact form that I sent in.

I sent the form Sunday night and Tuesday I called you twice around 12pm after getting your phone number off my bank statement. I'm not sure how you are working hard to earn the trust of your customers when you can't be bothered to contact them back when they have tried contacting you. or pick up your phones.

I'm not sure how many times customer has to try reaching you before you call them back but if your webform wasn't working and your phone conked out at the same time I call that highly suspicious.

The fact that it's now Thursday and I still haven't received any contact from you other than via me making a complaint is also highly dubious.

I understand that sometimes people make mistakes but the fact you've tried attacking me is telling. Again zero customer service,
I have screen shots of the mis-advertising, me not being able to change my subscription, the 2 calls on my phone and the length of time I left leaving a detailed message of my problem and bank statements to prove I brought products from you so yeah I am a genuine customer with a genuine issue and the fact that it's now Thursday and I've had no contact from you other than after making a complaint says all I need to know about how you run your company.
I guess an apology would have been too much to expect.

PPS omg I can not believe you can't just give me an apology and be done with it, instead of trying to justify yourself. I've submitted my info to trustpilot before I even replied to you this morning.

I'd add a photograph of my call log if I could but TP doesn't have an option for that.
Complete tosh that you contact your customers back straight away., because you didn't... Otherwise I wouldn't be here making a complaint.
On your website your contact us button puts me through to a webform not your email address.
And I got your phone number from my bank statement as I see you are not listed as mother nature supplements and trade under a different name.
Here's the subscription number on the order I wanted to cancel but couldn't.

And again making excuses for your bad customer service on me is a pretty crap response. All you needed to do was apologise and ask me what the issue was when trying to cancel my order and tell me that shouldn't have happened and how you value your customers and maybe this might have had a different ending. Instead you deflected and tried to blame me for your mistakes. Yes we all make mistakes but you've just doubled down and kept insisting this is a fake review rather than actually taking any responsibility.

Anyway TP have the info they asked me for so no need to reply. I'll let them sort it out
reply to your last message. I have no need to lie about my contact with you. If TP wants proof I'll provide it. I didn't make 2 phone calls to the wrong number. They are in my call log... But again thanks for claiming I'm lying. great customer service as always !

That said, let's also be honest: you never contacted us before posting this review. There was no email, no message, and no voicemail we ever received. That's a fact.

So to claim "no customer service" when we were never given a chance to help — that’s simply not fair.

We're not a faceless corporation. We're a small, committed team. If you had sent us a message with your issue, it would’ve been resolved immediately — like we do for hundreds of customers weekly.

Cleanest Supplements I’ve Ever Found Honest, Pure and exceptional customer service

After years of searching for trustworthy, clean supplements, I can confidently say Mother Nature is in a league of its own. THIRD TIME ASKING FOR A REFUND! DUE TO WRONG DESCRIPTION ON PRODUCTS

Update: I received my full refund for the products. I now noticed that when I click on the item I bought it takes me to another item labelled NMN at a more expensive price. So it looks like they have removed the item I bought because the subscription was NOT correct. Now to look elsewhere for the item that I wanted.

In regards to your response:

I come to Trustpilot to put negative reviews if you look closely the majority are about ONE business. This does not mean that what i am complaining about is not valid. It is none of your business. If you are selling NAD then the description should say NAD not NMN. I would like a refund please and instructions on how to return your goods. I get a quicker response here than on Ebay (Just like my housing association that did not answer to complaints). Then to say i'm being dishonest, is an outright lie.

i ordered what i thought was NMN as described in the description but when they arrived it said NAD. I put in a review here on Trustpilot and they understood the confusion this may have caused. I ordered from Ebay and I contacted Mother Nature and explained my issue. I just received a response and they told me I got what i ordered. The response was from Mariuz, the same person that responded on Trustpilot. So on Trustpilot I received an understanding response, but on Ebay, in private it is a different experience not acknowledging that the description is misleading.

I ordered 1000mg capsules and was delivered 500mg capsules.
I have contacted Mother Nature Supplements but received no response so far.

I will have to contact my bank for a refund if I do not hear from the company.

vitaminD3 with K2

I regularly purchase the vitaminD3 with K2 capsules, lanolin version. Quite happy with them and that they are a good high dosage and clean. I have recently purchased the magnesium glycinate caps which I've not tried yet. Would love if they did an only zinc with copper supplement.

For 11 months

For 11 months, I tested the same supplements from different companies. Only after using Mother Nature's products did I feel a noticeable boost in energy and concentration, so I highly recommend them.
