Thank you for choosing MotorFit to install your towbar to your Kia Sportage Steve, and for taking time to leave a great review, we really do appreciate it :-)
Competent installation of detachable tow car and bike carrier
A high level of expertise following recommendation from VW Vertu franchise. I had a detachable tow bar fitted to my T Rock together with a folding bike carrier. All fitted expertly with clear instructions on completion. Slight annoyance hence only 4 stars. On booking originally over the phone I was informed that if I arrived before 8.30 my car would be first on the vehicle lift and the installation would take approximately 3 hours. It was actually 6 hours before the installation was completed which meant I was hanging round a long time. If I had known that, I would have made other arrangements.

Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review.
Firstly we'd like to apologise for the delay, technical hold-ups meant that we fell very short of our usual standards and we really are sorry for the wait. We have taken what you have said on board and will communicate better with our customers going forward.
We are pleased that you are happy with your towbar and bike carrier though, and do hope to see you again :-)

Excellent Service in a pristine workshop
From the minute the staff answered my call, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy.
The person I spoke with knew exactly what I needed so I had no reason not to book the fitting of my towbar.
Car dropped off first thing and a few hours later all completed perfectly. The work completed is absolutely brilliant, you’d not even know my car had a towbar fitted (fully detachable). The work is super neat and perfectly hidden underneath the bumper.
My car has been reprogrammed too, and now recognises when the electrics are attached to my caravan, meaning the drivers display is totally in sync - absolutely fantastic.
I couldn’t have hoped for a better job and 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a job well done.

Great service!
I took my car here to have my Black Vue dash cams fitted (front and rear). The service was excellent from start to finish. Karl (who did the work) was very friendly and explained things well. He even put on the damper bar on my cars glove box which was a bonus. I'd not long bought this car and I was wondering why the glove box was dropping down quickly whilst I was opening it. I thought it might just be the way it was designed. But it's now opening nice and smooth... Thank you to MotorFit for the great work! I will be recommending your company to other people.

Nice people good work, one happy customer
Booked in by Dave for a Friday morning. Dave opened up and as soon as he was fully open he was out to me. I told him who i was and gave him my keys and before i knew it a co worker took the keys from Dave and took my motor off to work on it. As soon as the work was done it was out out and i was shown what was done and i paid and was away and very pleased with the good job that was done.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flawless Tow Bar Installation by MotorFit Limited – Highly Recommended!
Had a fantastic experience with MotorFit Limited in Loughborough. The team offered a very competitive price and handled the entire process with professionalism and care. The installation was well planned and executed to a high standard.
What really stood out was the invisible bumper cut—this was super important to me, and they absolutely nailed it. The finish is clean, discreet, and looks like it came straight from the factory. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch tow bar installation.
