I’ve been really pleased with the service from Motorfinity from the point of enquiry to delivery of my lovely new car. I would recommend to others.

I made enquiries with motorfinity and spoke to brady. Brady was so helpful , we had some questions and brady came back to us with all of the answers with hardly any delay. Really nice and easy to speak to and totally professional. Thankyou brady. Five stars 👍👍

The main reason for 5 stars is the large discount that Motorfinity provided. This made a new car with zero miles, new tyres and a full warranty about the same price as a used one. The service from Motorfinity was enthusiastic, and the price offered fro my trade in exceeded what CarWow offered, and there was no last minute haggling. The new car and my old one were delivered and taken within a few hours, so that worked pretty smoothly - although be careful with insurance on the delivery day - maybe a 24hour cover for one of the cars may be best.

Great price on car. Service plan great deal. Staff so helpful. Car delivered to your door, he was friendly and super helpful, Only downside was the wait for the car but that was not in their control as it was shipped on a containe so would be unfair to take a star off them. I believe I got a 5 star deal

I was quite apprehensive at first, as I had never bought a car from a faceless person, (just over the phone) I like to see the people I hand my hard earned money over to, but times are changing and I’m going with it!
After speaking to the sales chap, Luke, a couple of times, I was happy to go ahead with the car purchase. He was helpful and friendly, not pushy but I understand he has a job to do.
I was then moved onto the admin team via emails, if I hadn’t of been on holiday it would have been easier, but they were patient and waited for my replies.
The whole process was via secure emails and it was a methodical.
The car arrived on the date I was given, and my old car was taken, by a trader at the same time.
Overall a very good experience. Not sure why I worried.
Credit also goes to the company delivering the car too as they were spot on with keeping me updated.

Right from the start with Cameron, ordering the vehicle, a Lexus, there was no pressure and always a welcome. Roxanne and Lucy Sellers were also wonderful. Never a problem that couldn't be solved, any questions please ring me attitude. Just fantastic! This is the second time we have used them and had perfect service. Car delivered to our front door on a trailer with just 6 miles on the clock. Blue light card cost me £5 and saved me £12000 within weeks. Good value or what!

From initial inquiry to delivery, I received an excellent service. Patrick managed the early sales steps and was very clear in what was on offer and how to progress the purchase. After order, Lucy of the Delivery team provided periodic updates until completion. An excellent price and clear process worked really well. When I wanted to, it was easy to speak to Patrick or Lucy about specifics. A recommended company.

Second car purchased through Motorfinity and the process was smooth, efficient and professional and the discount offered for the car I bought couldn't be beaten elsewhere. From the initial contact with the sales advisor to dealing with the delivery team it was all good. I would certainly recommend and will certainly look at buying through them again the next time I am looking for a new car.

Seamless experience with excellent sales and delivery team

By using motorfinity I saved around £6500 on the price of my new Toyota. I was a bit nervous at first, having only bought direct from dealerships in the past, but every contact with motorfinity was a positive one. I dealt with Cameron initially who was always pleasant and friendly and happy and patient to talk me through how to send information and forms online. When we got to the delivery stage I dealt with Katie in the delivery team. She was also really helpful and happy to go through everything with me. All in all, an excellent experience.
