Avoid
Avoid! We bought a car 10 weeks ago and they sent the v5c to wrong address and keep saying they have sorted it and a new v5c is getting sent out from DVLA but when I contact DVLA they say that’s not the case. Just lies after lies from Dan. Now going to get legal advise.

The V5C is issued directly by the DVLA, so we would need to review the details provided at the point of sale, the address submitted, and any subsequent correspondence before commenting further.

I brought a bmw from MotorGurus
I brought a bmw from MotorGurus, unfortunately the waterpunp had failed but was still under warranty, I spoke with themselves and got a diagnostic and quote the repair, unfortunately I was unable to get the vehicle back to themselves to have them do the repair but Ali was open and honest with me as I wasn't able to get the vehicle back to Sheffield I had the car repaired more local to myself ( Northamptonshire ) they wouldn't be able to cover the whole cost of the repair as if the vehicle could be taken back to them they could get the repair done at a cheaper rate due to in - house mechanics. He understood the situation i was in and was apologetic for the issue, not his fault as these things happen with cars. We agreed on a figure they would pay towards the repair and I received the money the next day. I would recommend buying a vehicle from themselves and I will definitely be looking at buying my next vehicle from them as they are honest, polite, great selection of vehicles, open about any known issues and if you find an issue which they didn't know about they do resolve all of it before handing the vehicle over. They will help you get the best price for your vehicle even if it means advising you to sell it somewhere else instead of trade in. They don't try to rip you off with over priced cars or low ball you for your trade in vehicle. Massive respect to Ali and all the team. Thank you guys
