The initial website experience was great! However the ordering process dumps your basket far too quickly. Rather frustrating after inputting 8 blinds! The samples were ordered a week ago, still not received. I would like to be in a position to order but without samples this cannot happen. I was advisd both on line and on the phone that they would arrive in 24 hours, I was prepared for 48 hours but 7 daysand still nothing received.

Good choice of colours and styles, but expensive with no manual, inadequate online information, and inadequate customer service.

I spent over £700 on chargeable motorised blinds, and from the outset one of the blinds was made squint. When I contacted them, they asked for numerous photos, agreed it was squint and their solution was to take the blind apart and fix it myself! The same blind then stopped charging after only being charged twice. As it was still under warranty I contacted them and was told that I had to buy an extension cable and a new motor but they advise me to keep it plugged in permanently to prevent it happening again. That would have meant cables hanging out my blind and running across my carpet which is completely unacceptable for a product designed to be wireless. To me, that suggests the company lacks confidence in the reliability of its own wireless system. On both occasions this should have been returned and fixed especially as still under warranty but this company simply will not accept any responsibility for anything. Think hard before ordering from them.

Ordering nightmare, delivery fiasco and very poor compensation offered.My £1.6k motorised blinds were delayed for two weeks due to an internal error, then misdelivered to the wrong address and left outside for over 24 hours during a red heat alert. I received conflicting updates from DX, Linear Logistics and Motorised Blinds .The blinds are now installed and working, but the experience was extremely stressful and took a lot of time to resolve.Despite this, the goodwill offer was only £50, which doesn’t reflect the seriousness of the delays, misdelivery, heat exposure or failed commitments.I was planning to order another £3–5k of blinds and shutters, but the compensation offered doesn’t match the situation. Hoping the company will review this so I can continue as a customer.I will update this review if resolved.

Easy to order samples. I spent time to ensure that I got all the measurements correct for our Bi-fold doors. Ordered the goods and I was advised of time of delivery. Slight issue as it appears the parcel got lost in the system. However very polite and very helpful customer services sorted it. Quality blinds, easy to install and we are so please with the product. Well done, and a shout out to Sarah and Stephanie!

I wasn’t sure what to order so contacted them to find out which blind was best for me. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and explained everything so I could understand and decide. I ordered a motorised Roman blind for my parents, it was delivered quickly and installing it was easier than I thought. It looks great and really helped my parents as they have mobility issues. Great company.

Amazing motorised roller blinds - they even offer zigbee and mains powered blinds which most companies don’t offer. I can’t wait to make my house a fully smart home.

I installed my new motorised roller blind in my living room and they were so easy to install. I bought a Tahoma Switch too and now I can open my blinds via the app and even set schedules! They are such good quality too. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their smart home.

I recently ordered an XL Cassette Roller Blind to cover my bi-fold doors and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I went for the black cassette to match the frame, and it looks incredibly sleek and seamless. The motorised feature is a game-changer - smooth in operation, easy to use and best of all, there are no dangling cords like we’ve had on previous blinds.

It’s great to know these are made in-house too, which keeps the pricing competitive. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful throughout the process when I needed to contact them. I’d fully recommend them and will definitely be back when we need more.

Really pleased with my motorised blinds - they look sleek and modern, and the motor is really quiet and smooth. The remote control and app integration work flawlessly, making it really convenient to adjust the lighting throughout the day. Also really impressed with the build quality and how well they fit my windows. Highly recommend!

Love MotorisedBlinds, I am doing a house renovation and was looking for some double roller blinds motorised blinds for my office! They are perfect, the product and service was 5 star ⭐️

I am SO pleased with our Motorised Roller Blinds from MotorisedBlinds. Their customer service team were really helpful with answering some questions we had pre-purchase - the whole process really couldn't have been more simple! The blinds literally have the motor inside the tube and when it needs charging, you just plug it in like a mobile phone - but this is only needed every 3-6 months! All you need are the blinds, a charger and a remote!

Super impressed and I literally show every visitor them and everyone loves them! Who knew they would be such a life changer!

The motorised blind company is absolutely brilliant. Fantastic customer service, easy instructions on measuring, pre ordering samples. The blinds themselves are such good quality the fabric is thick and sturdy, the mechanism and motor is quiet so it’s not going to disturb anyone whilst opening and closing. Honestly they’ve completely elevated our kitchen space. Our bifold doors let in so much light, it’s nice to alter the brightness with our remote controlled blinds. Fabulous.

When I ran into issues with my blind (which worked perfectly when it first arrived), I reached out for help. The problem turned out to be more about me not fully understanding the instructions rather than anything wrong with the product itself.

Sophie and the team were incredibly patient and kind, guiding me step by step without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to receive such attentive and supportive customer service, and I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout the process.
