I recently visited Motor Medicals for my private hire licence renewal and I’m very happy with their service. The whole process was smooth, professional and well organised. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Went to Newcastle upon Tyne yesterday 4th April for my C1 medical. Absolutely excellent, the doctor was very friendly and thorough. The medical was very smooth with no stress. Absolutely recommend Motor Medicals.

Doctor was good did good job. Very happy. Came 15 mins early. Was great

Polite and nice staff, also very attentive to customers.

Online booking was so easy to do. Arrived at location in Hull and was done in a breeze so easy stress free friendly service. For the price amazing as my own doctor wanted twice as much. Would I book again yes without a doubt. Fully recommend this service.

Online booking could not have been any easier than it was.
Appointment was booked early this morning for the medical a few hours later.
Very competitively priced too.

It is my first medical I have attended and the doctor that did this, I could not fault one bit.
He made me completely at ease throughout the medical. Going through the paperwork, asking the questions required, also engaging with my wife who attended the appointment with me and assisting with the paperwork side I needed to do and enabling her to feel part of the process.

I would highly recommend anyone needing a medical to use this service.

My appointment was on time and professional. The doctor went through the procedures in a thorough manner and I felt very confident about what was happening. I had some questions which the doctor answered with good understandable explanations. This is the 2nd time I have used this service and I would thoroughly recommend it to all HGV Drivers.
