generally very good although had to wait a while to see staff although had a appointment time on first visit
On picking car up , sales person I had a appointment with not there, other member of staff were ok.
sadly small fault on car was not sorted. and having been a loyal customer I was refused complementary floor mats which I had been give previously, small gesture but would have been good

Good price. Good showroom. Likeable salesman Adam. Downpoint was door protection device was broken. Was promised a replacement in post. Received wrong part, rang up for correct part sending, then nothing.-still waiting for replacement part. Also car has battery deteriation issue that ford will have to remedy

They were friendly felt relaxed from walking in. Was unsure what I wanted but they were patient went through which cars i liked till I found the one

I knew exactly which car I wanted and the staff were able to help me very quickly. The whole buying process from viewing to driving away was finished within 24 hours.

The staff was very helpful, no pressure from anyone, which i like. Once we found the car we liked, it was very straight forward, i got a good price for my car as a trade, and drove home in my new car the same day.

The saleswoman that sorted everything for me also helped with things my side, log book, taxing the car etc.

And with the trade of my car and deposit i put down, i got a very good monthly price for my new car.
