Great service , made the sale very comfortable with no pressure

Really happy with my experience there was no pressure and forcefulness in buying or sorting a car which I liked. Jamie had a lot of patience and his partner also! Would recommend to anyone.

People great. Vehicle fine. Issues with tyre pressures and stop/start should have been dealt with before picking up

Previously bought a few cars from Motorpoint, however quality has definitely declined. First car I went to purchase was a Mercedes c300, 250 mile round trip and a day off work to collect only to find the back quarter panel had been repainted and not very well.
In the end bought a bmw 5 series, all different tyres on it and even different sized ones on the front which did even get rectified all be it cheaply. Now when the sun shines in the car you can see the rear passenger ssooohas been repainted, agreed it is metallic colour but this sparkles so much more than the rest of the car it stands out a mile, if only it was sunny when I bought it!
So in a nutshell, be very careful when buying as the service and quality has gone downhill

helpful staff everything done on time,there is a few minor problems with car.but no problem booking car in to have them resolved

We also like the service you receive from the staff, they are helpful, very knowledgeable, pleasant and do everything they can to make buying a car easy. We bought our sixth car from George. Very happy with all the service I was provided with from start to finish. Very professional and helpful when buying a new car. I would definitely recommend Motor point.

I was in the area and had been looking at cars for awhile online so wanted to view them in person. I turn up early before opening time to see if I could look around by myself. Unfortunately it's s secure compound but there was some guys just about to start work who were very helpful and invited me in and showed me the car I was interested in.
After looking at the car of interested I was informed that a sales member would be in soon and I was welcomed to hang around till they arrived and help myself to a coffee.
Luke arrived, we chatted about the car, my part ex and eventually agreed on collection Saturday.
Arrived on the Sat 6th June, meet with Nathan who completed all paperwork, explained the whole process and within a hour I was on my way back home to North Wales with the new car.
Overall experience 5 star, would certainly recommend very satisfied customer
