Terry came to collect my car sold via motorway. Really nice guy, and gave the car a thorough and fair examination & test drive. Helped me also liaise with the buyer to finalise payment which happened in minutes. Was a pleasure to deal with.

My car was collected by Wayne who gave it a thorough bit fair examination and was a gent throughout. He talked me through the process and what was needed of me and made the whole process run smoothly. All round good experience thank you.

My experience of the collection of my car yesterday was great. Jaz, the driver was polite, respectful and did his job so efficiently. The service was very good. Jaz arrived on time as scheduled.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and the member of staff.

Wayne collected our car today to transfer it to the trade garage we sold it too. Wayne was great, cracking fella, turned up early, really knowledgeable, checked the car over and contacted the company to confirm the sale, and the money was in our account straight away. Had my car sold and Motor Trade Logistics were the carriers for the collection. Arrange a collection date with the office, smooth and simple. Then on the day for collection Pete was my guy. I didn't think much of it when I received his first message and just waited for his arrival. Pete was genuinely outstanding, appraised my car and explained everything in detail without any issues. Made an exceptional job and was done. But what I didn't know is that he is the person that is among the rare and will put an extra step forward to show how much he cares! Without people like himself no company would be this admired and he definitely deserves a brighter future. Absolutely appreciate it Pete! Thank you very much!!!!

Very efficient company. Mark made his way by train and was very good with the inspection, explaining what happens next and then arranged a call to the office and within seconds I had the money and my finance settled. Great experience and service.

The driver from Motor Trade Logistics came today to collect my vehicle in order to deliver to the buyer.
Cam was very professional and let me know of the time the day before and contacted me again within an hour of arrival this morning.
Would definitely recommend for collection & delivery of vehicles.

Driver got in touch the day before to ensure all the details were correct, and delivery was ok to proceed as planned and to confirm an accurate time, was super friendly and helpful.

Driver arrived on time, with another courtesy call just to confirm arrival time. Upon arrival, check all was ok, with all the right information and checked documents thoroughly, explained important information about the car, again super friendly and helpful, car had been well looked after, even gave some nice tips and advice, Thank you, great service.

Oh my goodness. The most lovely, honest and friendly person I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. He could not do enough to help and he even helped me with some tips on dealing with my grief! Honestly such a nice person. Super speedy handover. I was so upset with myself for not getting his name! Such a great little company that gives the personal touch. He’d had a long long day doing Hull Leeds Altrincham Alsager & met with train strikes and was willing to walk miles if he hadn’t found a bus and he still had a smile.

Lovely experience, everything went well and my money was in my bank straight away, would recommend this company.

Dont normally leave positive reviews however i was struggling to sell my car having a nightmare with Carwow.
I agreed a sale thru Motorway who employed Motor Trade Logistics to collect my car. I was fearing with worst when a previous buyer thru Carwow made no contact.
I found Motor Trade Logistics very easy to deal with, regular updates and clear instructions.
My car was collected at an agreed time and took less than an hour to inspect and pay.
I have to mention Paul Beard who was a diamond of a fella who was clear and efficient but also made the whole experience straight forward and enjoyable!

Full professionalism from Peter at Motor Trade Logistics when he collected my Volvo. He was on time, communicated the collection process and even helped me notify DVLA about the ownership of the vehicle, very practical individual.
