I too was duped into this scam. I’m usually pretty good about not falling for these outright lies! These people take advantage of the desperation people have to lose weight. After looking at reviews, I agree a class action suit should be started. They promise a refund and do not follow through. Disgusted with all the companies doing this to folks!

I watched the entire video--at first I was enthusiastic, because it seemed as though this might be something I could prepare for myself, but no!
As the video progressed the math, simply wasn't "mathing"---
114,000 excellent results with a limited production run?
"Only 84 bottles left", so if only 14 people bought the suggested 6 bottles, they'd be out of business in 24 hours.
Need I say more?
A quick visit to Trust Pilot, is my regular "GO TO" source, if I need advice, and sure enough, I was well and truly warned off.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I got sucked into the idea of quick weight loss. I fell for the offer of double product. I ended up with 12 bottles of mounjaburn. I gave it an honest try, and found out that I am allergic to something in the product (still not sure what). Anyway, called to return bottles since I could not use them at all. That’s were the runaround started. The company offered to discount the bottles, so I would keep them. Back and forth a few times with discounted pricing. I finally was able to get a return authorization to send the bottles back. I was given very specific instructions on sending the product back. Several days past and checked to see if they received the product. Nothing, try again in a few days. Did that a couple of times with no luck. I finally went to my credit card to file a complaint against the company. The credit card company immediately refunded my money. All problems solved. NOPE! Credit card company claims that the product had been refunded, so they reversed the credit. It was not refunded from Munjaraburn. So, now I have no product and I am out several hundred dollars.
Please do not waste your money on this, unless you have extra money to give away. I am out around $600. I sent a message to the company and told them my credit card company reversed the charges. I also sent a screen shot to show them my account and the reversal. Have not heard anything from them since.
Very disappointing. What happened to customer service??
Again, be cautious if you decide to order. Definitely do not fall for the “buy extra bottles” when checking out

Anyone consider a class action lawsuit? Not sure how to even get it started. I’m sure there are many more people who have been scanned by them.

The negative reviews are the truth.
They are liars plain and simple.
When ordering the system glitched and it seemed I’d have to try again to order.
I then slowed down to read better reviews and also my doctor said no way I should use it.
I start getting delivery messages under another name!
The order went through but I never received a confirmation email.
Forget trying to contact them. Without a confirmation order email I have no way to dispute this and get my money back.
Wish I came here before attempting to order. I despise companies preying on people struggling to lose weight.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS PRODUCT. These scammers even claim it reduces/cures Lipoedema which is not only a bare-faced lie, it is beyond cruel to give sufferers of this terrible disease false hope. Shame on you.

This is not a company. This is an organized scam. Ordered and cancelled the same day. Everytime I call their "system is down" they can't cancel my order. Never received any email for confirmation. I am out a lot of money. I was stupid. Don't be stupid like me.
*Update - guess what they already sent the product and I have go through the returning process. I have it all documented. They say they will refund me 100%. I will not stop until I get my full refund. They have messed with the wrong person. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

UPDATE: March 22, 2025
I received my order that I attempted to cancel the day I ordered but was told that the "system was down".
I stood my ground saying I was going to return it. Then the emails came about 30% discount, then 50% discount and then 70% discount.
They want to charge me a 15% restocking fee per transaction.

What a bunch of crap! The drops made me feel horrible...upset stomach and headaches. I checked the return policy, and knew I would have to pay shipping to return. That's fair. The policy said nothing, however, about a 15% restocking fee.
When I called to ask for a refund, they tried to talk me into keeping it if they refunded me 1/3 what I paid. What? Why would I want to pay anything for a product that makes me sick??
Long story and a lot of arguing later, they wouldn't refund my money and didn't want their unopened product back. She said they could only offer to refund me half of what I paid, and I can keep the product or toss it out.
A total scam.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!!!
On my first call to return product completely unopened because my Dr advised that due to my health condition I should not use the product at all. I spoke to Greg and explained my situation. He said my money could not be returned and hung up on me. I wrote emails and called again with no success. They just kept saying they would not return even a portion of the $177.00 that I paid. Very frustrating and now after doing research I find out that the product is completely fake. Please don't make the mistake I did. I want to save others from going through the horrible experience.

Just another scam. Useless product in terms of weight loss. If weight loss is your goal, don’t waste your money. I lost zero pounds….in-fact, I gained weight while using this product. The taste is fine, The ingredients are helpful to body systems but this is not a weight loss product, just your typical dietary supplement. I will be requesting a refund based on their money back guarantee. Stay tuned for an update. I will post if I am able to secure a refund.

I watched the LONG presentation on my iPhone patiently, expecting to see how I can proportinally use the ingredients they indicate to mimic Mounjaro. After selecting 3 bottles, I proceeded to fill in my personal information, yet had not yet revealed my phone number when my Landline phone began to ring. Answering the phone, a woman stating she was from "Mounjaburn" customer service began a slick sales talk, asking me to purchase it over the phone with her for even greater savings. I was taken aback because I had not even provided my phone number. Somehow, it seemed slick & shady that this company automatically knew how to reach me & wasted no time in phoning me. I realized that I need to investigate this company more thoroughly to determine the integrity of the company & the product claims. I wanted to believe in this product, but after reading reviews of customers who stated they had zero results & recieving this immediate, unsolicited phonecall from "Mounjaburn," I feel like I dodged a bullet.

I listened to the whole video and was getting ready to order… however a few things made me hit pause: misspellings in their verbiage was a big red flag. The ingredients that “Emily” states are in the product are not in the product. When asking questions about what areas I wanted to loose weight, the last option was “another areas”. Yikes! Needless to say, it has to be a scam. Did NOT order.

This is a complete joke...Nothing happened ..Took for 2 months ...called got a recording they were supposed to call within 48 hrs ...Then i started emailing asking for a refund... 3 times i emailed them and still have not heard anything....Calling Credit Card company today and Better Business ...

I actually didn't buy a bottle, but I did sit through the whole video and wrote down the four ingredients she states. (1) Funny thing, not one of the four ingredients is listed on the bottle in the picture on the "real" site. (2) Also, she does say she's gonna tell us how to "make" the recipe of ingredients we already have and stresses many times all four MUST be taken in proper proportion/combination. That was never given to us.
(3) And another thing? She said there were only 80 bottles left (yeah, right...) and she didn't know when the next batch would be available. But when I clicked on to buy a bottle, it said there were 117 people ordering at that same time, and had a timer going for me to order. Who does that??? (4) Where are all of the great Trust Pilot reviews she mentions Mounja Burn has? (5) She says it is FDA approved. (The picture on the website says it's made in a FDA approved place.) The FDA Never, as in NEVER, approves any supplements! (6) Last thing: there wasn't any phone number, or address, or business name listed anywhere that I could find. P H O N Y !

Hi folks-- I ordered this and then read the reviews. I contacted customer support immediately (within 10 minutes of my order) to cancel and was sent on a phone wild goose chase. I sent email after email, was offered a small percentage of what I paid as a refund. I declined and the ridiculous offers kept coming in. Their idea for a full refund includes a 15% restocking charge so it's not a full refund at all. Finally, after threatening to have my credit card company get involved, I was promised a refund of the total amount I paid. The refund did come through but this is a completely unethical company!! If you fall for their ads, don't give up on getting your money back.

This company sucks. The product doesn't work. I sent it back for a full refund, which the promise to give u, no questions asked. After paying $33 to ship it back, they also charged me a restocking fee of $52.50. I called them again to ask for all my money back, and I was treated so poorly and then hung up on. I called back again and got a representative that told me I could get my restocking fee back, but i had, missplaced My receipt, so she told me to call back again once I found it. When I called back again, the next agent told me I could not get my restocking fee back and that it was fifteen percent of the purchase order. I called again and the agent told me it was $5 per bottle for the restocking fee, which would be $25. Every time I called i was told something different. I was not going to give in though. Out of all my calls to the company, i did speak with 2 agents that were kind, and eventually I received my $52 restocking fee. I suggest to you do not buy this product, but if you do, then don't give up. I'm calling them.Until you get your fees back

These people are criminal. Their product is toxic. Gave me TERRIBLE stomach pain. Then when I asked for a refund they pushed me off, said someone would call me back and just kept doing that until I received an email that stated, “your return time is up”. Absolutely disgusting company. RUN!!

I was about to order it after watching the video, but the bank send me a text blocking the purchase as they have it as fraudulent,so I cancelled everything but now I've received so many calls from random numbers and insisting that I should go through with the purchase... SCAMMERS SCAMMERS... thanks for the reviews here I AM happy not have made this purchase !

This is a total scam! I gained weight! I’m trying to send back unused bottles.

I have spoken to the staff and they are very rude. I called because I was not able to get on the website and was told I would receive a call from a supervisor to help me with that. I received a call about 20 minutes later, and nobody said anything. I received another call about 10 minutes after that to have a male try to sell me more products, and I told him I had already received my product but was trying to get on the website and couldn't, and he hung up on me. I called back and received a number 866-274-1988, it's to be customer service but the phone never rang. I haven't tried the product yet, but from what I have read, I'm not going to. However, I did purchase two bottles for the price of one and received only one when the box arrived. I say let's do a class act lawsuit against the company to receive our monies back. If anyone agrees with this, inbox me on messenger so we can get started.
