We would highly recommend this company! This is the second time we have used them to move house. They managed to fit us in close to our move and quoted a fair price. The three guys that did our move were so friendly and polite and worked efficiently throughout the day. They even took apart a tricky desk for us and put it back together which was so helpful. As well as other items of furniture. I had a lot of garden plants and they all arrived with no damage. Everything was moved thoughtfully and with care. Nothing seemed too much trouble! Thank you again for a great service!

We got a quote from someone, and all seemed well. I asked him multiple times about how it works with insurance if anything gets damaged and he assured me twice that they have great insurance as part of their price, no need to pay anything on top. I felt confident.

However, during my move, it already started with a hiccup. The movers were late, for which they did apologise, stuff happens. But one of the guys seemed quite clumsy. He kept grabbing more than he could clearly, and kept knocking the door frames. As I don't want to loose my damage deposit, I asked him if it would be helpful if I would grab small items like table legs, the hoover, etc. to which he said that would be great.

On arrival at our new place, we found a lot of damage. My bookcase is so damaged I can no longer assemble it, my chest of drawers has a deep scratch along the whole width of the front of one drawer. Another drawer has a chip out of it. The front door has a dent in it.

When we emailed them about the damages, with pictures and everything, they quoted us for an additional 2 hours, even though there was only 1 more hour. On top of this they also said that we "insisted on helping", which again, we didn't, we merely asked if it would be helpful to them. I even asked if they rather we don't help! In this email we got told we must've caused the damage ourselves, and as a good will gesture they will knock off an hour of the quote. You know, the hour that wasn't there in the first place.

Save yourself the heartbreak and financial loss of getting your furniture damaged. I've taken such good care of mine for all these years, and I'm distraught that this is what I've ended up with.

Excellent service from Russ at organising and staying calm when I was stressing over booking removals ready for exchange! Charlie Mitchell and Harley who moved us were amazing especially on a really hot day! Efficient very hard working and excellent at Tretris. Highly recommend

Russ and the team (a special shoutout to Charlie and Tadas) were absolutely brilliant during our recent house move. From the start, Russ made us feel totally reassured, out of all the companies I spoke with, he gave me the most confidence that our belongings would be handled with care and the whole process would be as stress-free as possible.

They provided all the packing materials we needed (and then some!), worked at incredible speed on moving day, and made sure everything was safely transported and placed exactly where it needed to go in our new home – all without a single item damaged. They also come back to collect the packing materials once we are finished unpacking, which saves lots of trips to the tip!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – professional, efficient, and genuinely lovely people to have around on such a big day. Highly recommended!

Very Very impressed. Leon and Ted arrived on time and in 30 degrees of heat they just did not stop. Up and down 3 flights of stairs they systematically carried everything we own to their 2 Luton vans. In and out they protected the walls and floors. And, after a full day of lifting and carrying, they stayed to move things between rooms. They worked so hard. We'd certainly recommend Moversaurus, they took a lot of stress out if the day.

I cannot recommend Moversaurus enough if you are looking for a reliable removal company, not only to take care of your home's belongings but your house itself, being extremely careful with your walls, door frames, skirting boards etc, carefully manoeuvring around when moving out of and into a new property.

I think I was more conscious of this, as we had recently just had the house we were moving into done up, with newly plastered and painted walls, new door frames, skirting boards and doors etc.

The three removal men we had were really lovely guys, being very organised and efficient in what they do, telling you what is going to happen and how they will go about doing it and made you feel really comfortable having them around.

We had Toby, Sam and Luke and you would be really lucky to have them to move your home for you.

I was really nervous for some reason about moving. I think mainly because we were moving from my husbands and my very first home we got together over 20 years ago and moving into a larger property, we have been doing up for over 6 months and to say it has been a stressful 6 months is an understatement, so when it came to finally moving, I did not feel like I had energy left in myself to get through it physically, let alone mentally.

I looked at a few different removal companies and someone recommended Moversaurus to us for being  amazing and they were right. 

It was also an added advantage for our four year old who loves dinosaurs, to have a dinosaur removal lorry move our belongings 🙂🦖

Toby, Sam and Luke could honestly have not worked any harder and the removal process was not made easy due to the size of our cottage we were going into, they had to dismantle a lot of our furniture, which meant it was extra hard work for them but they never complained or grumbled, they got on with their work so well and really worked hard for us. 

We could never have done this without their help.

Kayley who answered the phone calls in the office,  listen to me while I was worried about the move, reassuring me of the whole process and was really nice to speak to and Russ who came back at the end of our move to help out with one other item.

We will absolutely recommend Moversauras to anyone else who is thinking of moving and we would use them again if we ever moved again.

I used Moversaurus to move a couple of large metal containers between houses. At every point communication was timely, effective and cheery! When it came to moving, the two guys were extremely user friendly - again very upbeat. They listened and accommodated a long walk with an awkward load. I would use them again without hesitation. Good value and it has saved me from an almost certain back injury! Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish! We had very little notice of our actual move date, and Moversaurus turned up to do a quote within 10 minutes of phoning them, then moved us the next day. The move team were on time and amazingly cheerful throughout the day. Great care was taken with our belongings, as well as the flooring in both houses. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Fantastic Service. They were early to the job, worked incredibly efficently while protecting floors and walls. Had boxes to pack up tv's and hanger boxes for clothes.

Took down and rebuilt the bed on request.

We moved from a four bed house to a similar property after 25 years and the Moversaurus team were helpful and reassuring throughout. There is no doubt that their calm, positive demeanour transformed a potentially stressful experience into one that we could instead regard with excitement. Highly recommended.

Moversaurus provided an excellent service from the quotation to the actual move itself. The two guys who moved me could not have been nicer. They worked so hard and really did their best to get all the furniture where it needed to go, in the face of some very low ceilings and tight turns on the stairs!
