The renewal wasn't free of challenges due to the Spanish authorities providing essentially wrong information, but even then, Maria was spot on every step of the process and supported me with everything.

Highly recommended organisation with Maria Jose handling my application(s) day to day and Louise adding her experience and advice as required. From what I hoped would be a straightforward application in November, it got caught up in the changes to proof of self employment requirements from Spanish immigration and ultimately was denied in early January. Move to Spain’s recommendation was to reapply as they advised it was basically unfair but also to prepare further supporting information and it was indeed requested. After submitting it yesterday, I was finally approved today.

Move to Spain showed their true value when the process broke down due to subjective changes and as we’re dealing with immigration, employment and tax statuses combined, it is a complex and unstable environment. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who understands the value of expertise in what are ultimately life changing activities.

My husband's application was approved in 20 days; however, mine, as a dependent and spouse, took two weeks longer. Even so, we always received great support from María. We used Move to Spain Guide to obtain our digital nomad visas this fall. The document gathering phase included some of the usual challenges of communicating about something complex via email. The recommended strategy changed a couple of times and I obtained some documents that I didn't end up needing. However, throughout the entire process I felt very confident that MTSG understood the DNV requirements and that they were our best chance of obtaining the visa. After submitting our application we were particularly unlucky and received an extensive list of additional document requests, thanks in part to some abrupt changes made by UGE. Despite a lot of anxiety I felt completely confident that MTSG would continue supporting us until we got an approval. Louise problem-solved with me via text and a phone call and the whole team worked really hard to identify the best way to move forward. Our visa was approved the day after submitting the requested documents. Even though I have an intermediate level of Spanish there is no way we could have completed this process alone and we are so grateful for the support!

Move to Spain Guide was an incredible support to me as a Do-It-Yourself Visa Applicant.

I've always been fairly competent as an admin person (so of course I wanted to do this on my own), but nothing could have prepared me for the amount of anxiety this visa process brought my way. Assembling the documents was EASY, getting my own NIE and Digital Certificate was a walk in the park, but the visa application system was not intutitive.

I obviously needed help, but couldn't justify the full fees at the time, so much was already completed (some regret during the process about that too).

With that in mind, the ability to call upon the good people at the Move to Spain Guide (specifically, Amy) was nothing short of life-saving. They guided me through the actual application process (uploading and submitting the documents), and when I was asked for clarification, they helped me with the proper format of the documents I was to submit.

I felt well supported the entire time, and knew I had someone to fallback to. This was invaluable to me as I spent week after week waiting for a decision.

If you're like me and you admin well, you still may need them for the really hard parts, knowing the expectations, knowing the system, and having someone there, telling you you're doing it right.

The Move to Spain Guide team made my entire process from start to finish SO easy! We used Louise for our move to Spain in 2023. The system they use to collect documentation was easy to use and made the process very simple. Always very responsive to questions and helpful with detailed answers. This was in the early days on Spanish DNV and the service was excellent.

Our move to Spain would not have seemed possible without the help of Louise and the team at Move to Spain Guide. We found them very friendly and clear to work with. They were patient while we navigated everything before, during and after the move. I need to leave a special mention for all of their help on the facebook group too. This is an invaluable resource that is filled with useful (free of charge) information.

I have used them to consult for my move last June and at first they were very responsive. However when they got the payment from me they have totally ignored me for months now.

I asked them that I want to have a refund so I can find different consultant but they blocked me on Facebook.

Now they are creating fake stories about me when in fact several comments can testify that they were discriminatory. They don’t like to hear negative experiences from their clients so they just block everyone who gives them real testimonies.

They are amazing and very thorough. Can't never complain about them. They have helped me a lot with my process. You guys are the best and wish you continued success. Thank you for everything you do!

I can’t recommend Louise and her team enough. Not only are they more knowledgable than most lawyers in the visa and the ever changing criteria, they also work with other agencies who are also very efficient. In my case, I had a tax query and within a few hours it was answered by a recommended professional tax expert. When it comes to our visa renewal next year, I wouldn’t even dream of using anyone else.
