Excellent service everything beautifully wrapped and moved with great care and friendly staff

I’ve never used a service like this before, I reached out to MOVE UP NOW as a ‘man without a van’ service. I needed some extra hands to help lift heavy furniture into a van I self-hired. Fabulous service, was on time, very efficient and handles all boxes and other items with care. Communication from start to finish was prompt and all instruction were clear.

I want to say a special thank you to Stratos for going above and beyond who also helped me with another job later that week which was very last minute. It was a very stressful time made much easier with these guys. So with that, I highly recommend move up now!

Stratos and the team were absolutely amazing and I would strongly recommend their services. I was moving to a new house whilst selling my old house. From beginning Stratos shown great communication skills, we have quickly agreed the details for the move and they were very flexible with the dates etc. Also, the price was very competitive. On the day of the move, they have arrived on time, moved everything with great care and knowledge and kept communicating with us. Every item arrived in our new house in perfect condition. I used Moveupnow for a local move yesterday. The service was first class from start to finish. Booking the move in was easy, as was switching dates due to a delay in exchanging contacts. Absolutely amazing removals company! We utilised MoveUpNow for a local move. Stratos was amazing with his early communication and quotation based on our requirements and size of the move - the quote was easy to understand and amazing value! Both he and Valerios were outstanding on the day of the move. Arrived in new, clean vans. Extremely friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The care and attention they gave to moving our belongings was second to none. We have a lot of bulky furniture and the fact that they were able to move everything from our old house to the new without so much as a scratch is a testament to their service. Great experience with Stratos, clear quotes and quick communication made organising the move very simple.
Had a complicated move with some really heavy and large difficult to move items that needed carrying down flights of stairs - both Stratos and Kaycee got the job done and were polite and helpful from start to finish. Thanks for making it so easy!

Great service, nice people!

We had a great experience with the company.
Stratos was very helpful and alway made himself available wherever possible. Every thing was loaded up very carefully at one end and unloaded carefully at the other.
No breakages or damaged items.
