The start of the process was a bit slow, but quickly sped up both Milley and Leanne communication help as they were able ensure all relevant paperwork was sorted and emailed when all was confirmed

We are under the care of Move With Us and progressing with our sale of property and thus far are very pleased with the excellent service provided to us and are hoping for a satisfactory sales outcome in our present housing market.
Sad update the housing market is in a terrible state of collapse as our buyers buyer has changed their mind with no good reason to go forward so our sale has collapsed for now how disappointing to say the very least.

Hopeless, untrustworthy and incompetent.

Communication was poor. At best incompetent in obtaining information about works planned on the purchase property. At worse negligent and actively malicious in attempting to hide the issue. EA marketing the property knew more about the works than mwu did. Bizarre set of events.

Showed limited understanding of concept of legal processes of solicitor instruction. Hid behind GDPR only to then share data about the sale to a third party with no reasonable basis for doing so.

Should I ever discover a property being sold by this company in the future I would not entertain a purchase.

I note that one star reviews garner a generic response. I have included the property address as reference in this review. I do not require any additional reply or response in relation to my experience by way of your looking into it. I will comply with trust pilots requirements to evidence all and any claims above with clear evidence to ensure this review is both factual and importantly is not removed.

Good communication throughout the whole sale process. All questions answered clearly and politely. Excellent service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from MwU regarding the sale of my mother's house.
Despite being one of the deceased's children and offering to provide proof of my identity I was repeatedly refused and information about the progress of the sale. Updates were apparently given to my sister. This is an inconsistent approach which made me feel excluded and frustrated.
The llack of transparency and communication added unnecessary stress during what was already an emotional and difficult time followed by my mother's death. Based on my experience I CANNOT recommend this company! The adviser I dealt with was Satir.

Please read the google reviews of this company. They like to request you to write a review after the first contact you have with them, which is often designed to be fairly straightforward. The more exposure you have with this company, the more you realise just how difficult they are!! Bullying tactics and threatening to pull out at every turn if you don’t meet ridiculous deadlines. Please never willingly use this company.
