Move Your Spa Reviews

The team were fantastic. From start to finish. Communicated clearly through the process, and were extremely prompt with information, and timings.

I am so glad I chose to work with the pros, and not to ‘have a go’ as it crosses all of our minds.

Two guys Scott and Simon from 'moveyourspa' arrived on time introducing themselves. Polite and chatty they started promptly to do the job in question. Everything went smoothly which didn't take long. The spa was loaded directly onto their lorry by a Hiab. All professional. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Was apprehensive due to the quote being much lower than the 2 others I received, can’t fault though!

Communication was great from the off (almost to good / trust it, it’s real!) down to the guys who moved the tub.

Positive experience 🙂

Thank you for a fantastic service today.
Safe & swift relocation of my much loved hot tub ❤️
Friendly strong & helpful guys… Simon, Scott & Connor.
Will definitely use again 🤩

The team who came to move our spa (Lee and Simon C ) were extremely efficient.
They were outside the house very early to ensure they met the 7am start.
They were very careful in the way they moved the spa through the house, bearing in mind how heavy it is.
The spa was loaded in the lorry within 20 mins of the team arriving.
Very professional!

Everything from first contact was smooth and efficient.
Installation team were on time pleasant and again efficient.

Move Your Spa were absolutely amazing. 5* service.
Charlene & Bonnie are in the office arranging everything, keeping us updated every step of the way. So polite, professional & friendly.
Then the movers with the flatbed - what can I say - Scott & Simon.......a perfect duo! The tub was well wrapped and strapped, then skillfully put in its spot.
These guys really know their stuff. I wouldn't hesitate at all recommending them.
BIG thankyou 😊

Lee and Scott were very helpful with a tricky install.

Would recommend

Despite the heat, Lee and Simon C. Did a great job moving our hot tub from Hampshire to Kent, great job guys! With good communication from Bonnie meant everything was hassle free.

Lee and Simon were excellent. The move was not as simple as they had thought but they had a good “can do” attitude and found a solution. Thank you.

Lee & Simon from move your spa moved my hot tub today in a very professional manner. I could read that these guys knew what they were doing, it was not their first rodeo. There was two hurdles throughout the move which they dealt with instantly and never gave up. Very determined and I respect those two men for what they done for me and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right. Pat on the back guys. Thank you

Lee and Simon C were fantastic. They collected the tub at an awkward location and then on delivery they checked the path was clear and that the tub would fit though. They were patient and positioned the tub exactly as I wanted. They arrived on time and were polite, friendly, professional, and most of all happy to greet our two big dogs! Top job lads, thank you!
