I found move your spa online
I found move your spa online, from receiving the quote to booking was a very smooth process. On the day of moving our hot tub I received a call prior to them arriving which I did request due to having to meet them at the property where the hot tub was to be collected. I would like to say a massive thank you to Simon and Scott, they went above and beyond to get my hot tub moved and it really wasn't an easy task due to the condition of the bottom of the hot tub (I was not aware when we were given the hot tub). They continued to fight on with moving the hot tub when others would have given up and said no were not moving it. These guys are an asset and I appreciate everything they have done and they explained everything throughout. Again thank you so much for all your help

Absolutely appalling "service"
Absolutely appalling "service". After I had sent videos of pick up and delivery address they said they could relocate the hot tub and I duly paid my deposit. Then I was told I needed to help carry it down some stairs at delivery address!!! I had paid them to remove the hot tub, so I don't have to be involved. I couldn't get my deposit back (despite them knowing I'd just had surgery) so I had to keep on. Then on the day, they couldn't get the hot tub out of my garden and blamed me - despite me sending them videos. Why didn't they survey the area or say they could do it if there was any doubt? They now expect full payment (in cash!!!) which is concerning. I will be fighting them in small claims court, but please take my advice and do not use this company. They pay a lot of money to google ads to get to the top of the searches, but these lot do not run a professional service. They lock you in with the deposit and will likely fail to deliver - regardless, they will try to take your money in cash when they fail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Please note, they have edited their reply to me several times in a poor attempt to convince the viewer that they have been helpful, when they have not. To suggest that I and another person carrying a hot tub down a steep flight of solid stone stairs with no side rail was to help me and save me money is lunacy. When you have got it wrong, hold your hands up and refund your customers.

We’re very sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience.
One of our newer team members assessed your initial access videos and unfortunately didn’t request full measurements at that stage, though you stated that the hot tub 'went in that way'. That was a human error on our part, and we’ve ensured our internal process has been tightened to prevent this happening again.
However, when our engineers arrived, it was clear that the hot tub could not physically fit through the access route you described. Despite being told the spa originally went in that way, it was mathematically impossible for it to come out without removing a section of fencing or similar. Our terms and conditions, which all customers agree to before booking, clearly explain that such obstructions must be removed if required for safe access.
Regarding the request for additional help, your original quote was based on a standard two-person relocation. When your drop-off access video was sent, we saw that there were stairs and it would be unsafe for two people to complete this job. Rather than charging you for extra labour, our team asked if you were able to assist on the day, which you agreed to. Had you not wished to proceed, you could have cancelled and had your deposit refunded, but you proceeded anyway. You were under no obligation to proceed with the booking.
After our Managing Director personally spoke with you, we confirmed we would not be seeking the final balance and offered to assist in arranging to get some crane quotes to lift the tub out of the garden to our vehicle. This would allow us to revisit and complete the move safely at no further cost to you and stated we would return to meet the crane to complete the job so this could be resolved.
We felt these conversations were positive, however this is apparently not so.

Our experience in the industry is one of the contributing factors to our fantastic organic Google search presence which brings us out up top regardless of advertising spend.
Occasionally things go wrong and when we do, we hold our hands up. A human error was made by someone at the office and this shouldn't have happened.
We genuinely regret that this situation couldn’t be resolved to your satisfaction, despite our best efforts to reach an amicable outcome.
We do hope that we're able to get this resolved with you.

When these 2 big strapping blokes Simon and Scott turned up, i looked at them and thought well what ever you pair say is happening, i’m not gunna argue, if you say this rainy day is sunny, well yea it is, but what a kind helpful pair they was, they came to relocate my Big heavy American Jacuzzi from Manchester to London with no hassle, they told me how long it would take to get to our new house, and they arrived at the time stated, i can’t fault this service, so much so, i have already asked them to come back to relocate to another part of my garden to install and get running when the base is laid, and they said they will, just let them know when
