I gave it a go and it turned out to be a simple easy process that took just a small investment of my time. All my questions were answered clearly which boosted my confidence to go ahead. I have yet to move but anticipate everything will go through smoothly.

We attended three different open homes that Hasan from Boutique Property Management was hosting. As we were new to Australia, we had a lot of questions about the process and timelines. Hasan was more than accommodating all times we saw him, and we learned so much from him about how to successfully secure a rental. We attended many open homes and did not receive this level of service or friendliness from any other agent. Sabrina handled the approval process for our application and resulting paperwork and was also a true example of professionalism and friendliness and customer service.
