I only wanted to see how a scooter worked, but Drew was so thorough and non pushy, my husband decided to order one instantly.

Great product at a very reasonable price from a very friendly and knowledgeable company especially Drew the sales guy who takes all the time in the world to explain everything and make sure it’s the right mobility scooter for you and then the great after sales service as well.

The Moving Life sales office based at the High Legh Garden Centre had a good selection of mobility scooters and Lucinda was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble so we much appreciated her help with our many questions and allowing my wife to try the different aids. Unlike others we had already seen , the scooters were very well built and ideal for travelling so we are very pleased with our purchase.

We were welcomed with a drink on arrival and it was a warm welcome. Graeme switched on the TV and asked us to shout if we needed anything! It took a liitle longer than expected but we were happy to wait and look at all the accessories that fitted my scooter. Graeme then explained everything he had done so I could understand. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had plenty of time, to see how to use it etc. I now have a brilliant scooter from moving life, which will make a huge difference to my circumstances. Very well made, solidly built scooter that goes as well as it looks. Ultra compact when folded just the job when travelling. Literally takes seconds to assemble.

The young lady (L) in the High Legh store was extremely helpful and considerate of our needs, at no time were we put under any pressure to buy ..
She assisted with demonstrations and questions of the selected scooters.
She was thorough and knowledgeable of the same

Although we took a considerable amount of her time she stayed professional and very patient.
