I used the web service for Soulmate, it really works, the example is real!

Its a scam website, to cancel subscription they say "use the same channel", I subscribed online but there is no online option of cancelling. even when you delete the account the disclaimer says your subscription is not affected. Its a total subscription scam. I had to change my card

It's a scam website, they charged £0.5 for numerology/astrology readings via my apple pay. It's a disguised subscription. I am glad I realized afterwards that they were a fradulent platform. They've been trying everyday to charge me £8.9 since then for nothing. I blocked them though. Please be careful guys.

An absolute SCAM, do not attempt to try the free trial as they will automatically take £0.50 followed by two immediate payments of £11.99. Emails have been sent to them but have been ignored. They are now going to be reported to trading standards for false advertising and theft Please please please stay away from this company

Super unhelpful company, I have emailed them twice for account details in order to cancel my subscription, and had no reply. Just want to take your money.

Provides no value. They make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. I emailed, messaged, went through the app and the desktop website. If you want to cancel, you have to go to the host site and cancel. And they overcharge you. 12.99 USD is more than the 8.99 I agreed to. You guys will be compensating me the monthly 4 dollars you stole.

I tried cancelling but it didn’t let me anywhere where it listed it at, emailed customer services 3 times, no response, I even deleted my account yet still trying to take payments. I ended up cancelling my bank card.

I had the same problem, but here's the solution. Search in your browser for "how to cancel a Zotlo subscription." The page will appear as "Zotlo Account"; go there and enter the email address you used to register with Moyra. You'll receive a code in that same email; enter it, and your Moyra subscription will appear so you can cancel it.

The worst app ever, they are just scamming people and would ask you to start a subscription that you could never cancel, its been months and I have not been using their services and not been able to cancel, they are thieves.

They took money without having made any purchase from their site. I have already requested the closure of my account on the support page some time ago, but nothing has happened. I do not have a subscription and I have not requested anything.

DO NOT — and I repeat, DO NOT — ever give your details to this scam website. I paid £0.50 for a report that was never even sent, then got charged £8.90 a month for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. Trying to cancel it is almost impossible. Dispute the charges with your bank as soon as possible.

Customer service never replies. Their website tells you to download the app or use Zotlo, but neither works properly. They redirect you to the Zotlo business account page, which shows no active subscription. Instead, search “accounts.zotlo.com”, sign up using the same email you used for Moyra, then go to “Subscriptions” and cancel it there. Also remove your card details immediately.

Absolute scam run by dishonest people.

Continued to charge me $10 a month despite deleting my account. Robbery.

Site me roubou!!!! Fizeram uma assinatura só de clicar em um botão sem nem avisar! Não consigo cancelar de jeito nenhum. Isso é absurdo, é roubo.

Unable to cancel subscription via any method advertised. I contacted their app support three times with no response. I am having to go through my bank to get this cancelled. Very disappointing.
