Really professional service
Really professional service, went out of their way to phone the original suppliers of our underfloor heating from 12 years ago which now, understandably needs some parts upgrading, solved the problem and now is all fixed and working beautifully. Thanks very much. Would definitely recommend. (Also minor point but i really like the detailed invoices showing broken down costs so you know exactly what you’re paying for)

MPHG were brilliant
MPHG were brilliant. They undertook a full survey of my underfloor heating system at main house and bungalow and installed parts as required. This was first service of UFH system for 10 years; not always easy to understand; and some parts hard to source but done. Their engineer was excellent. I would gladly recommend MPHG to others. They were also very good value.

5 star service from MPHG
I found MPHG after reading google reviews for underfloor heating. We just had extension done and our builder installed the underfloor heating but we needed someone expert to do the commissioning. I am so glad I found MPHG. John came to assess the job to give an estimate for commissioning the heating and fitting new gas hob in our new kitchen. I was pleased with his quote and went ahead. John accomodate us to the job in 2 visits so we can have gas hob working. He installed the gas hob and did the necessary gas pipe work and got that running.
Second visit he came to commison the heating. Did all necessary pipe work and got the U/F heating running. He then contact me to say he need to visit again to do the final checks. He fixed the little issue which was caused intially when the heating was installed.( not by him)
I would say all through this John was very calm and professional and he definitely know his trade. I am delighted we found him and would definitely will recommend MPHG to family and freinds.
Many thanks John really appreciated the great work done by you and you will be our go to man from now on.

The Heating Engineer, John, arrived on time and was very friendly. We discussed the problem and he set to work and solved it by fitting a new timer. He took care to explain to me how the new timer worked and will send me an instruction leaflet. He cleared up after the work and was very professional. Thank you.
