My anti virus blocked the website as it tried to install a trojan hoarse on my computer. I had done business with them back in 2014 and all was OK but looks like it is not a host for scammers.

Total scam, paid the money and nothing received. Order shows as open on the website 5 weeks after ordering. No answer to emails, phone number does not connect

Wish I'd come here before ordering mr carbon brush.
Same as a lot of people on here, they are total scammers, took my money, nothing arrived, ignored communication. Lesson learnt 🙂

Zero stars. Spent £12.88 on brushes for angle grinder. Not received any no response to email or answerphone message.
Amex have put a hold on the charge and are investigating.

NEVER use them They take your money, don't ship the parts and never reply to your mail or calls. It's a SCAM.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS PERSON Complete scam. Paid money 10 days ago and no brushes sent. E-mailed & texted them but no reply to any communication. Listed phone number is disconnected and mobile number goes through to answerphone.

only put one star,as there is no zero. scamming scumbag.
takes the money but no goods.got money back through bank.the company was dissolved in 2015,so why do they still have live ads that take payment,theiving scumbags.

Ordered 2 carbon brushes from this company. Was supposed to be sent by 1st Class post. Waited and no goods arrived. Sent an email and tried to contact and no replies. Avoid this company, they take your money and you don’t get your goods

Failed to deliver the part I ordered and has subsequently not replied to any of my emails or messages requesting and up and/ or refund. Currently pursuing a refund through the bank. Do not use this company. There website looks good but they appear to be just a scam

This appears to be a scam. They took the money and I have not received the brushes. They do not respond to emails or pick up the phone. I got a text message saying they were ill and all sorts of other excuses. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered and paid but after two weeks still nothing. Emailed numerous times and nothing. Avoid this company at all cost, just wish I saw the company reviews before my purchase.

Wish I'd read these other reviews before I placed my order. My brushes have, obviously, not been received.

I found and tried 4 tel numbers (2 land and 2 mob). Both landlines were 'out of service' and the 2 mobs did answer but said I had the wrong number.

I've reported them to my credit card company.

SCAM Website !!!!!!!!!!!

This company started in 2014 and was dissolved in 2015 according to Companies House here in the UK.

I ordered a pair of brushes for my qualcast hedge trimmer, which I have never received.

I have emailed, the company, used there message us from on the website and called the listed mobile number, all with no response.

This website is now operating as a SCAM taking people's money via online payment gateways, where the transaction values are so small that the companies do not follow up on individual complaints so the company can continue scamming money out of people .

I have reported them to PayPal, I received a refund from PayPal but no further action was taken. PayPal are still taking payments for this company.

If everyone complains to their payment gateway, maybe action will be taken.

Good luck and DO NOT buy from this company !!!!!
