Mr Fade Reviews 

Buyer beware. Item didn’t arrive. Weeks of emails ended with them saying they can’t refund despite them saying they would and that I need to open dispute with PayPal, I didn’t pay with PayPal. Have opened dispute with credit card company now. I don’t believe Mr Fade are based in London, replies to emails are in broken English. Any emails I now send are completely ignored ... DO NOT BUY FROM MR FADE - they are crooks.

Two orders were made; one order was cancelled prior to delivery. The second order arrived, but all the sizes were wrong. Whatever. The first order, however, has still not been reimbursed, MONTHS later. Emails remain unanswered. Excuses, about, how the money refund got returned. HIGHLY BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS SCAMMER!

I loved these goodies, they are Epic, honestly great design, almost identical to the pictures, one small problem..... The fabric gives me a bit of a rash when you first try it on, but thats the same will most clothes for me, after you wear it it is honestly the best t shirt and hoodie ever!

I ordered an item on October 28th 2019 and never received it. I left a review and was contacted by mr fade via email that i need to file a dispute with PayPal for a refund because the item wasn't shipped because of manufacturing and payment issue. I filed the dispute with PayPal the same day i received the email April 25th l. PayPal responded today with the following message "Upon checking the transaction, the transaction is more that 180 days, Our PayPal Buyer Protection covers transaction that is within 180 days. I'm sorry for this, I know that this inconvenience most especially that the transaction was made thru PayPal even though it was thru a guest account.

For this The best option is to coordinate with your card provider and check if they have option to further help you and your bank will be the one who will coordinate with nus."

mrfade is a very good company with nice design. They keep you informed about the delivery and have a good price. The clothes are very comfortable and the right size.

Last month I wrote a review on Mrfade.co.uk

Mrfade actually responded on Trust Pilot.So there is someone out there. They don't respond to calls or emails.

They said on Trust Pilot they have refunded me.

For the record...I have not received any refund repayment back to my credit card.

Do not trust this website.

Don't buy anything from Mr Fade. They will take your money and you will get an order number, and that is the last you will hear from them or your money. I ordered a top for my son before Christmas 2019. No response to any of my E-mail's
This is my order number Mr Fade. Order #4130. You could send me a refund if you actually exist. But I am not holding out much hope.

Ordered in january and still haven't received anything. Only received an email with order #4284, but nothing after that, and my money is gone... Could at least have sent us an update on the delay, so I'm thinking it's all a scam.

Have to be a 1 star.
Ordered in early december, still nothing. Have e-mailed twice, no reply.
Have asked paypal to try get my sons money back.

Ordered a hoodie on 29 January, still no hoodie or order update on 17 March. And no reply to e-mails.

Got my hoodie today. Love it

Not happy and defiantly will not be recommending Mrfade to anyone
