Mr.Lodge is not trust worthy
Mr.Lodge is not trust worthy. They lean towards house owners and doesn’t help the tenants much.. they don’t help much when it comes to getting the deposit back. They don’t do pre-movein checks, rather they only do post movein checks which makes the owners comfortable to rob the tenants in terms of damages.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung für meinen Sohn und bin über meine Bekannten in München bei Mr. Lodge gelandet. Alles verlief reibungslos und alle Häuser, die er uns zeigte, waren von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief auch super. Ich werde Mr. Lodge natürlich weiterempfählen.

To find an apartment in Munich as we know is difficult. Seit einigen Jahren arbeite ich als Vermieter mit Mr Lodge zusammen und bin sehr zufrieden. Sie kümmern sich sowohl für die Anliegen der Vermieter wie Mieter während des gesamten Mietzeitraumes. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Natürlich hat dieser Service auch seinen Preis. Gerade wenn man nicht die Möglichkeit hat sich selbst um die Übergabe etc. zu kümmern, ist man hier an der richtigen Adresse. Von der Vermieterberatung, Fotoservice, Übergabe bis hin zum Handwerkerservice, Rückgabe und Reinigungsterminvereinbarung wird einem sehr professionell geholfen. Absolut empfehlenswert

Searched for a temporary apartment in Munich, it was very tough but I was sucessful using Mr. Lodge. Good support from staff, everything went fine, even if I didn´t visit the apartment prior to signing contract.

She helped me in the selection very professionally. The apartment matched the photos and I didn't even look at it before moving in. The entire search, support, and signing of the contract with the landlord were online, which is very convenient when living in other regions of Germany.

Tenant, contract conditions are fine but more services required
I am totally satisfied with the result of renting process (speed of finding customer, pricing etc), but the technical support has deteriorated. I live abroad, so I need assistance in resolving problems like repairing things, arranging some installations. In my case the exhaust system Bora was not working and a dryer should have been installed. In none of this small issues Mr. Lodge could help. Ok, I saved my money by arranging technical services with Bora directly and asking my friends to buy a dryer and installation in Saturn. The question is why Mr Lodge was unable to do this. The technical support for small repairs was also required but it passed 2 weeks and nobody has contacted my tenant so far. Actually, in my situation I pay a lot of attention on such things, that I don’t need to worry about flat maintenance being far away. For about 10 years I am a client of Mr. Lodge and this is the first time I have encountered such situation.
