I have been a loyal customer of this business for 8 years and they delete everything after just 4 weeks.
Imagine the data on their system. I have been seriously unwell and unable to work for the past month. Imagine, you go to log on only to find out everything has gone.
I am utterly furious. I only hope there is a back up somewhere. I guess not because they make users do their own back ups. 4 weeks is just insufficient for long term customers.
I no longer trust their system or business model. Yes they have this written in their manual, but you also don't expect to be in a situation where you cannot manage your own administration for an extended period of time.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue.
As you know, we do not delete customer accounts. An account becomes inactive only if a monthly invoice remains unpaid for one month. In such cases, access can be restored once the outstanding invoice has been paid.
We are not sure why you are still unable to complete the payment. We have attempted to contact you directly on several occasions to assist with resolving this matter, but unfortunately, we have not received a response.
