Had a lovely time during my 7 nights cruise with MSC. Staff were lovely. Itinerary was well planned. Loads of options & activities on board, that wont get you board during your stay.

This was my second cruise and what a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this cruise line. It is very much focussed on mass market and no consideration for the customer. Its more about churning customers through from meal time to excursions to selling products and services on board. Their guest services are of no help when you need some and misinformation given across the whole 7 days of the cruise. Better companies for cruises out there. I would not recommend this one.

My first cruise experience turned out brilliant
My first cruise experience turned out to be brilliant and memorable. The MSC World Europa's Western Mediterranean route is a well-organised route with many ports worth visiting. I had my cruise in early June, during which the weather was pleasantly hot, so the time in the on-board pools and the sea was pleasant. Food, including the buffet and normal restaurants, is delicious with excellent service. I would highly recommend the specialty restaurants for their excellent food and service as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially those in the minikids club. My kid loved it! My cabinet was well-maintained.
