MS boilers were great. It was easy to book an appointment and Richard kept me up to date with his arrival time. He fixed a problem with my Aga there and then. Will use again.

The services Richard provided were expertly carried out .The booking system was excellent throughout by a friendly secretary who provided continual update on the exact time of arrival for the start of the work . This was much appreciated as so often , without such a system , the day is wasted waiting around for the person to arrive .

Richard came the same day and gave it the required recuscitation treatment.

Richard and the team were all really friendly and respectful always. They took amazing care of my home and even cleaned up after themselves before they left meaning the whole experience we stress free for us. They went above and beyond to not leave us without hot water when our boiler gave up. I couldnt recommend them enough :)

We contacted MS cookers and boilers to service our ESE gas cooker. Richard came the following day and completed the service. They even have an app that allows you to track them to see when they are on the way. The price was very reasonable and the service prompt and efficient. Highly recommended

New replacement boiler ordered. Prior to the fitting I was given enough information about what boiler I would need. The boiler was fitted in the new space perfectly. Chris the engineer was very knowledgeable about the boiler and was able to answer any questions I had. Excellent service and from an Admin side, I was kept in the loop as to what was happening with times and availability.
