Don’t waste your time..
Don’t waste your time! Save your money! Nothing was done to fix my credit. Paid for MSI’s services for over a year. The only thing they did was remove a $100 Comcast collection and recommend me getting a secured line of credit.. Don’t recommend at all!

My experience with MSI Credit Solutions…
My experience with MSI Credit Solutions has been extremely disappointing and I would caution others before signing any agreement with them. Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising.
Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It’s clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency.
In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I’m currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to read the fine print, document everything, and proceed with caution.Also no refund was sent , Victor gave me two weeks and NOW THERE IS VANICA GIVING ME ANOTHER TWO WEEKS WHICH IS NOW VOIDED BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

I was struggling to get approved for an apartment for the longest due to some bad financial decisions I made when I was younger that still affect me to this day. Thank god that I was able to come across MSI because literally within a month my credit score went up to mid 600 and today I finally got approved for an apartment.

Credit Repair…
I was skeptical about shopping around for credit repair services on Tik Tok. However, after my initial conversation with Caston I was relieved. He did not judge my situation. The staff met me where I was and assured me that I would see a difference in my credit score. Caston did not make any empty promises, but gave me a realistic approach to my credit problems. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with credit help, I had Jaron help me out and break down my credit report, to help and guide me on my next steps.
