I've had a great experience with MSK Physio. I originally came in struggling with pain in both my knees and lower back, and was unsure how much progress I could really make.

Michaela did a thorough initial assessment and didn't just gloss over the details. She explained what was going on, set realistic expectations, and was honest about the effort required from me to see results. She gave me a solid set of home exercises that were clear and easy to follow.

Based on her recommendation, I also started strength training with Ricky, the in-house PT. I honestly look forward to every session. The workouts are always varied but feel purposeful — focused on building real strength around my joints rather than just generic exercises. An hour flies by every time. Ricky is friendly, encouraging, and makes the whole thing enjoyable rather than intimidating.

It's been a while now and the combination of physio and strength training has made a noticeable difference. I feel stronger, more confident moving, and the pain that brought me here has eased significantly. If you're considering it, I'd say go for it.

Excellent service from the front desk and especially from the physiotherapist who cured my plantar fasciitis quickly with sound shock therapy. I couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Courtney at the MSK Clinic Physiotherapy during my pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable and helped me understand my body better and supported me so well in learning how to move and exercise safely during pregnancy. She showed me how to properly do pelvic floor exercises and later on perineal massage, very hands on which was so helpful! Can't recommend her enough and hope to see her again once I've given birth and am on the road of postnatal recovery. Thanks Courtney!

I had an ultrasound guided injection at MSK clinic physio in Canada Water for shoulder bursitis. Emma was brilliant. She scanned my shoulder, diagnosed it, and explained why it had happened and why it wasn’t settling on its own.

I had to stop bench pressing for nearly a year before going there, then decided to go and get it checked out, I went ended up having the steroird injection. Very happy with the results as im a few weeks after the injection and my shoulder feels good as new. Looking forward to starting properly in the gym again. Thank you again.

Emma was fantastic! I came to the clinic after dislocating my shoulder. Emma has given me exercises to strengthen it and I haven’t dislocated it since.
Clinic was very clean and all staff was very professional and friendly. Great location for South East London residents.
Highly recommend!
